Got my Beasts of the Mesozoic Gorgosaurus figure in the mail today! From that kickstarter forever ago.
And, oof, yeah, I can see how these guys are a problem for the Singing People. I knew they were big, sure, but that they dwarf the Einiosaurus cows by THIS much I did not anticipate. That's a lot of dinosaur. The guy's skull is about as big as the cow's, and that one's a ceratopsid! That's wild!
(Also included the Dromaeosaurus figure I have of the same series in the same scale, because Bug the good boy dinosaur.)

The production team behind the Little Amal puppet, which raised awareness about the plight of the refugee crisis in Europe, hope their next project – a herd of animal puppets going on a 20,000km trek – will start a new global conversation about the climate crisis.
Amir Nizar Zuabi, the Palestinian artist who helped launch the Amal project, said The Herd – which will tour through several African and European cities and feature dozens of puppets – will be a “soft, beautiful evocation to think differently” about the climate crisis.

hi hellsite! a couple of days ago i got the things i needed to start my second dairy cow isopod colony! the first one was.. poorly kept to say the least. i made a lot of mistakes with things from feeding, to habitat size, and so much more. but this time i have more experience and information under my belt!
all this to say, i plan to post about my journey with them. i realized i can post about anything on this blog so… i'm gonna post about my crustacean bug babies. their tag is going to be the herd, because that’s the collective name i decided on for them.
here are some photos of their habitat so far! i’m a beginner bug owner so please feel free to give me tips or suggestions!
they live on top of my turntable while i reorganize and clean my room.

What the herd hates the most is the one who thinks differently. It is not so much the opinion itself, as the audacity of wanting to think for themselves. Something they do not know how to do.

You made it to Centaurworld! It’s the place where all your new best friends are, gurl!
I can’t explain how much this stupid, but beautiful show has helped me the last while. I’m making stickers of the herd.
I’m debating whether or not to make Elktaur and/or Comfortable Doug stickers. 🤔

Went to doodle at the library yesterday, ended up with a dinosaur lounging in the sketchbook.
