What did Samuel say and when and where?

Samuel Roukin has spoken about Soap and Ghost's characters many times before, but he is very open about acknowledging and even enjoying the ghost x soap side of the fandom.

He and Neil Ellice both, honestly just about all of them are very interactive with the community.

Samuel himself has also been very open about his support to the queer community.

I personally am very happy about his support of the writers strike, as I am a studying Creative Writer major! I need those guys to win it big for my future!

But just going to either actor's twitter alone you'll see tweets, retweets, and all sorts supporting the queer side of the community, the fan artists, and more.

See, but the sad thing is, Vegas thinks that Pete has accepted himself, but he truly, truly hasn’t. People who are truly happy in their lives, in their bodies, don’t say shit like “I live in the present”. Because they live in the past, in happy childhood memories and they live in the future, thinking about what they want for their lives, how they can make it better, how they can assure their long-term happiness. Pete doesn’t have happy memories of his childhood. He was forced into boxing by his abusive father, beaten whenever he failed and even beaten whenever he succeeded. And now? He’s a bodyguard, combining that boxing experience, with a job that’s life-threatening every day. And yes, he loves the main family, he loves the other bodyguards, but he’s still a bodyguard. His job is to literally throw himself in front of flying bullets. He’s a human shield. He doesn’t think about the future, because he could die any day and he would gladly do it. He’s not suicidal - at least not really, being broken down by Vegas doesn’t quite count - but he is ready to die for his job.

And well, we see in the episode that he’s really not accepted himself or his sexuality. “I don’t like it. Then why didn’t I say no.” It’s not a fact, he’s trying to reassure himself. Because it’s hard to accept that he liked what happened to him. Of course, not everything, never everything. But he liked Vegas and he liked sleeping with Vegas. And that’s not easy to accept, considering how it started.

Pete, in Vegas’s eyes, and everyone’s eyes really, is someone who has his shit together, who is sunshine incarnate. But oh, how wrong they all are.

I just watched the play All My Sons, and if you’ve never heard of it then that’s fine, I didn’t before my school was putting it on, but oh my gosh. I can’t even fully articulate how that play made me feel. Like, I’m pretty sure I should be crying but I think my brain is overloaded with the everything that that was. I don’t regret going, but I could not watch it again for fear of triggering a deep depressive mood and even now it’s maybe a little stretching it. I went into it knowing that it was going to be A Lot, I mean, they put a content warning in the program, and I had heard from other people how intense it was, but I still wasn’t prepared. I’m gonna go have a milkshake and maybe process everything for a bit.
