I’m just saying that Eileen should’ve been a dinosaur
Like, come on, dinosaurs destroying cities is already- like- a trope. And they could’ve at least been more creative than making her “big” and “green”….smh
King Chuck (who graciously lets people eat cake on their birthday in a society that's limited to only sandwiches) vs. little girl (who can cause millions in property damage if someone tries to convince her it's not her birthday every day)
Wordgirl Villains but they’re people in your life:
1. The Butcher: Family friend who’s an honorary uncle and is always invited to thanksgiving
2. Dr. Two Brains: Actual blood-relative uncle who you see only at thanksgiving.
3. Eileen: spoiled younger cousin who follows you EVERYWHERE.
4. Tobey: destructive same-age cousin who you used to play pretend fights with, but it always ended with him saying some B.S. like: Well I have a fifty foot invisible robot that does infinity plus one damage and has seven laser cannons and-”
5. Victoria Best: That girl at school that drove you crazy but your mom told you to be nice to her. You didn’t get why until you went to her birthday party and her parents scolded her in front of EVERYONE and it all made sense.
6. Ms Question: Your hairstylist. She makes you feel special.
7. Mr. Big: A guy you vaguely remember from high school and then googled on a whim, only to find out that he has gotten DEEP into capitalism and has tweeted some VERY questionable things.
8. Leslie: Your burnt out babysitter who let’s you watch whatever you want and would protect you with her life.
9. Granny May:Your two-faced babysitter who only let’s you watch her stories and would leave you to die.
10. Lady Redundant Woman: Your surly co-worker who is always one “can I talk to your manager” away from snapping. She doesn’t know she’s an office meme.
11. Miss Power: Your high-school bully that you occasionally see in your adult life. She hasn’t changed one bit.
12. The henchmen: your nice neighbors who always say hello and ask if they can pet your dog
13. The Whammer: guy who you have seen working out at the beach EVERY TIME you have gone to the beach. when you go and talk to him he was really nice.
14. Chuck: the staff member at your school that all the kids viewed as being on “their side” and went to for advice.
15. Seymour Orlando Smooth: T.V. personality you saw out of makeup at four in the mourning at a Costco once and you’ve never forgotten it.
16. Maria: the chatty teenager who works at your regular pitstop and always has gossip.
Which WordGirl villains would be affected by Miss Powers’ insults and who wouldn’t
So, in The Rise of Miss Power, we only see her verbally abuse/insult the Butcher, Chuck, and Tobey, who are three arguable the most vulnerable/sensitive villains in the show (like, she sort of insults Dr. Two-Brains, but after she realizes that won’t work, she just goes to threatening him). So I was talking with my cousin, and we were trying to decide what villains would be utterly wrecked my Miss Powers’ bullying/insults, and who wouldn’t.
Mr. Big: yeah, he’d have a meltdown because of her pretty quickly. It wouldn’t be as dramatic as Chuck or Butcher’s, probably a more of a subtle thing, but he would certainly be affected
Leslie: She would literally not be phased in the slightest. Miss Power could threaten to kill her and she would not care less. In fact, if Miss Power had gone through with killing Dr. Two-Brains and was like “who wants to be next?!” she’d probably volunteer
Maria/The Energy Monster: She’s been screaming in rage every since she lost the ability to talk so I don’t think she’d process anything Miss Power says. She’d just get super angry, but not depressed
Victoria: Yeah Miss Power would destroy her
Lady Redundant Woman: Mostly unphased. She’d probably get annoyed, but then say, “I work in retail, I have been called far worse” but later, what Miss Power said might get to her and bother her, but not as much as other villains
Invisi-Bill: Like, Victoria, he would be ruined
Eileen/The Birthday Girl: Not sure. She is pretty lost in her own reality and won’t budge on anything that contradicts what she wants in her perfect world, but WordGirl can occasionally get through to her, so Miss Power probably could, too
Nocan: He’d probably be too busy yelling and contradicting everything Miss Power says to actually process he’s being insulted. He’d probably be fine, but if he felt down later because of her bullying, he’d just destroy something/exercise or something in order to stop thinking about it
Yeah that’s all I got, reblog if you have ideas/headcanons about other villains!
