See, I thought about this for a while - and honestly, I'm not even sure it particularly counts as banter but it is their version of the opening interaction of Claptastic Voyage -

because at this point, their relationship is already a thing and this is a pretty long interaction in one scene instead of just a one-liner, so I consider it a particularly close approximation to how I imagine them bantering and talking as a couple

#i'm tired and it's 10:36 am . lmao. this literally came out of nowhere btw #might be grasping at straws here but damn this ate at me a bit #the two people i'm talking abt are captain flynt and felicity. #because flynt's lair is a frigate and the bosun and his crew are literally moon pirates #i will not take criticism for my idea of captain flynt. #claptrap's dealt with captain's shit for several fucking months that mf left a mark in that bot's psyche #also he's been the guy's personal diary! and flynt as we know has done some heinous shit. #claptrap was forced to record this guy's dirty laundry too! #did not like his ffs writing but the diary bit adds to the shit sundae #when i think of claptrap remembering felicity i think as time went on the whole crush on her thing got really overshadowed #by the fact that she was a live-reenactment of what claptrap went through. he didn't care much about what happened to him before she came #into the picture. watching felicity's personality die and her being reduced to a shell put a new perpective into how he probably felt before #t-ps! happened. jeez that's sad.. #and then claptastic voyage came about and much depression happened #👁‍🗨
