Enemies turning into siblings, tired mentors turning into parents, the chaotic background character becoming that weird family member that shows up two hours late to everything with wine.

All these characters going from “I’m a lone wolf, I don’t need anybody” to getting so used to the love and support of the others that they end up like “hello, I have 17 kids and 35 siblings and I’m sorry I’m late to the PTA meeting, I had to give my 23 parental figures a ride to the mall”.

Two things I wanna talk about:

When Troy “leaves” it’s the darkest timeline(3 things to read!):

#1: when Jeff rolls a 1(s3 ep4) and Troy leaves that’s the start of the darkest timeline. Shirley became an alcoholic, Annie went insane with guilt, Pierce “died” after getting shot in the leg with Annie’s gun(hence the insane -> guilt), Jeff lost an arm in the fire, Britta put a washable blue streak in her hair, Troy damaged his vocal chords by swallowing a Norwegian troll that was on fire(not sure EXACTLY what happened), Abed turned out ok.

#2: Troy leaves for that one school that I can’t remember the name of, (lame)Abed sees Evil Abed. Abed cuts out a goatee from felt(right word?) and goes and causes a ruckus around Greendale(pops a girls red balloon with a cigarette, stops the phone, and makes Britta want to put a washable blue streak in her hair). He gets a bone saw to cut off Jeff’s arm. Troy returning doesn’t stop the timeline, it’s Jeff that does. But still every single time that Troy “leaves” the darkest timeline comes around to say hi, but Troy always returns. He always comes back.

#3: So when Troy officially leaves(for a year, maybe more) Abed knows he won’t be back soon so he’s scared. Scared of being crazy, scared of the darkest timeline, scared of the fact that Troy isn’t returning. It’s so fucking sad but kind of smart.

Jeff saying he has chemistry with everyone, I think Abed has most chemistry with people:

Jeff mentions in either s2 or s1 that he has chemistry with everybody. If that were true I feel like we would’ve seen men hitting on him(Dean Craig Pelton doesn’t count, although his attraction is there for all to see he never actually hits on Jeff), seeing him have tiny baby relationships that last one episode with girls that we never see again(except for Rachel, we see her three times!), he would’ve been a possible sexual partner for his best friend(s3 ep4, horny toads -> Troy looks at Abed as a possible sexual partner), and he would’ve had a relationship with a video game character(probably more other things I forgot to mention!). Abed has more chemistry with people. I mean like we saw a whole montage with a couple no one EVER thought was a thing, Pierce and Abed. I mean even Pierce, the most homophobic, racist, crazy friend I’ve seen, got upset when Abed said there wasn’t a lot between the two of them Nothing else to say, I just think Abed has more chemistry with people.

Waking up to check on ao3 like I'm a victorian maiden and it's the most important of the few straining activities I can do in a day, Hoping it'll be fixed and going "mhhm. I can finally get through my backlog of physical books for once." And then not being able to pick any book to read because there's no real way of knowing I'll like it without tags. (aside from actually reading it, that is)

Sure, There's some missers on ao3 too, But you know what I do then? Press the back button. I can't press the back button on a €20,- book that's been on my shelf for atleast a year.

So I've been re-reading LotR and re-watching Community to avoid disappointment.

My 4th of July got cancelled because of rain so head cannons of fandoms I'm in.

Everyone fainted because inflation price's. From Emma "$25 for a shirt! Nope Jacob what are these prices!" She then proceeded to burn down the store.

One time Olive overheard a future person rapping, and Olive wanted to show everyone something. Olive rapped about unicorns, drugs and how everyone was super cool. She sang her rap with swears and Miss Peregrine stopped it after she heard the 19th swear.

(kinda cannon) Bronwyn HATES clothing that are to soft on her skin.

Enorace and Fugh go on super secret double dates. Fugh caught them hugging and promised not to tell if they went on double dates.

Claire was really shy once she entered the loop. Miss Peregrine told the older kids she experienced stuff with starving and asked if one of them could help her. Fiona raised her hand without any hesitation. Fiona grew up with something like this. So Claire then warmed up to everyone. And besides Hugh Fiona whispers the Claire on occasion.

Enoch had 2 older brothers so he kinda treats Hugh and Millard as his older brothers from before.

Horace says "back in my day" when out in the present and a lot of people from the present stare at him or laugh at him.

Miss Peregrine misses her brothers deeply, but knows it's best to not to say anything about it.

Fiona and Hugh preformed "So Cold in Ireland" (Fiona on the electric guitar and Hugh singing). And Enoch was crying tears at trying to hold in tears. Once Fugh was done Enoch laughed so hard he fell to the ground and Hugh cried a lot not talking to Enoch for 2 months (The Bird forced him to talk to Enoch). Fiona simply glared at Enoch the first 5 times when they walked near each other.

Fiona was eyeing a guitar and told Hugh to ask Jacob why there was a funky looking guitar. Jacob told them it was an electric guitar. Fiona played the Guitar for her whole life. When Jacob heard that he bought the guitar for Fiona. Fiona hugged him really tight and gave him her favorite flowers as a gift.

Community (season 1 based sorry)

Abed has a secret obsession with Disney that only Troy knows (he accidently walked in on his Disney binge).

When some dude said that Annie and the play Annie are kind of the same Annie broke his nose.

Abed thinks of himself as Johnny from the Outsiders When comparing the group to the Outsiders (he is).

When someone brings up a topic Jeff doesn't like he has to RESIST the urge to cover his ears and go "lalalalalalalalalalalalala".

Grandpa will flex that he got like 20 dollars to a homeless person.

Shirley has bricks in her pockets (it fits don't ask why it just does) and hits anyone who hurt her family or friends.

Jeff will sit and cry in a corner if he doesn't have authority of the clan, again.

When someone said Chang was Jackie Chan, he was flattered and took a picture with them (they were drugs).

I think that the average The Cure listener is Abed. Abed introduced it to Troy. He claimed he didn't this genre of music, but listens to this type of music on the daily.

Britta has a shrine of Hello Kitty, but she would never give up her ego for anyone to know about her obsession.

Grandpa ate wood and it had bug it in. Grandpa got a few incurable diseases, but that didn't stop him. Yet.

Shirley kicked ass for Abed because this kid was calling picking a fight with him. Shirley ended up with a restraining order and ended up having to pay a lot of money to the kids grandma.

Shipping Rules & "The Clique"

I have updated my shipping rules when it comes to Chishiya, do check them out if you ever want to pursue my muse be sure you are of sane mind and strong heart.

Now for the second, more important part. This RP community, or, so I have been told by someone who went through several of them is one of the most welcoming and chill ones on the hellscape of a site. I have experienced it myself, feeling lots of love and support and honestly? I cherish every interaction I have, truly, I may never say this but I do.

Interactions are a blessing and a curse to be honest. Sometimes OCs don't get them enough because they are not canon or the canon characters get just the thirsty asks of which they get tired of. So, we all experience the community from a different perspective depending on our place in it. And this is going to understandably breed conflict, because members get bitter. Having said all of that I would just like to point out that:

Having a person/people that you like writing with does not equal being exclusive, what would be exclusive is purposefully avoiding interactions with everyone/blocking people and not wanting to include anyone besides the close knit circle of people in anything, while being rude about it.

Having OOC relationships with people you like writing with DOES NOT EQUAL BEING EXCLUSIVE.

Being jealous about people having friends and having fun doing a hobby together is not healthy and will only lead to misery on the part of the jealous person.

We are all here to have fun IN DIFFERENT WAYS - for some it's writing longer pieces, making moodboards, edits, creating art, shipping, doing kinky content. We occupy the same space, please can we just have fun.

Not communicating is the biggest sin a human can commit. So many fucking disasters could have been avoided if people just TALKED. If something bothers you don't send a hate anon just speak to the person directly, dingus.

And if you have problem with me specifically or I did something that had upset you in the past my inbox is open.

Instead of trying to find ways to defend Bell Hooks being a landlord, we (Black leftists) should take this opportunity to acknowledge the fact that even those who are extremely well-versed in anti-capitalist thought can be consumed by the myth of our community being lifted out of oppression by Black capitalism.

I went to a lot of shows, and I’ve seen him up close many times now, so when I say he was extra happy and joyful and cheeky yesterday I know what I’m talking about. But the thing that got me most was just, he looked so very comfortable on stage, so close to us, like he genuinely felt like “yes, this moment right here, this is where I belong, singing and smiling back into all these faces beaming up at me, feeling the connection so strong between us” and you could feel how much fun he had, with us and with his band and just doing what he loves. Man. This is such a special relationship we have with him. He loves us, just as much as we love him.
