I saw the trailer for the new Fable game and, as much as I greatly dislike the SUPER-HYPER REALISM they're going for (like I genuinely hate it it's so unsettling to me, where's the Stylized Charm of the old games???), seeing all the comments on said trailer about 'Fable Going Woke' makes me want to Commit Crimes.

Dear Followers,

This will be my final post on this blog.

In the next 72 hours, I will no longer be living in the state of Delaware. An opportunity has been put in front of me back in September for me to leave this place behind and start a better life. In doing so, I want to let go of my old social media accounts. I also will be cutting off the majority of my family members, in order to live a more gender affirming lifestyle.

I do not intend on telling people where I will be, unless we are very good friends.

I will be okay, this is going to be a very good thing for me. I will be with good people.

I won't be deleting my blog, because I do still enjoy these old posts, but, this will be the final entry-- for real this time.

If you have my Discord information, I ask that you do not pass it around to other people. I truly want to take advantage of this opportunity to start over. All of my progress from the past few years has led up to this abrupt chance.

You know what makes Kaz a great boss? What makes him a better boss then both Pekka Rollins and Per Haskel?

He gets to know his crew and basically any people he’s working with. I know it’s basically an opposite of what he says about barrel gangs, but hear me out.

The main reason why Kaz was able to know that Big Bolliger was a traitor is because he knew that Bol was lazy. And knowing what he did in the "Crow club" it would be hard to know if he was lazy or just relaxed while on the job. Kaz knew that he was lazy - he took time to know the guy.

And also the thing that makes Kaz's plans good is that he keeps in mind all his crew's bad habits and vulnerabilities and plots around them. Its really easy to see that if you look at Jesper.

He keeps in mind that Jesper is late and that he can accidentally give up important info. We see that clearly in the beginning of the book. During the “set the wolf free” plan he made sure to tell Jesper the “wrong” time so that he would “be late” and free the animals at the right time. He knew Jesper would(or could) give up info by accident so he took precautions(saying this again: no one arranges an extra ship just to gather in front of it)

And we also have it in the end of CK.

I think both Inej and Jesper had been told the wrong time. Kaz knew that Dunyasha would be there, so he added some time for Inej to fight her. He talks with Jesper about kergud(I have no idea how to spell that, sorry) and also adds time for that fight. He might have actually putted the wyvil it Jespers pocket(as I do not remember Jes actually putting it there, or mb he just made sure it was there).

I mean, it would have been weird if there would be just the sound of one shot fired, but after the siren it would sound better.

When Kaz told Dregs that he won't be their father, he meant it, your father doesn't know you that well, but your sneaky annoying little sibling does.

I am learning how to sing in open places where I could be heard so I can continue getting more and more comfortable with it. Today I decided to sing some songs in my backyard in a hammock.

So, I was in the hammock singing with all the other birds in my neighborhood. It's an older neighborhood with lots and lots of conservative retirees. They don't like anything, it seems, on Nextdoor, but they do fucking love birds. We have so many trees in our neighborhood, so we have plenty of birds.

We also have a murder of crows that keep watch over the neighborhood. They do patrols and warn the other birds and animals of predators. They go crazy when there are hawks, and I have seen crows and tiny little titbirds launch themselves at these giant hawks. The hawks go the fuck away. One of the crows died a month ago, and I heard their mourning cries. They all gathered in the tree and just wailed. The sounds were so beautiful and so terrible.

Anyways, I am singing in the hammock when one flies by. I've tried feeding them and such, to no avail, so I just enjoy them when I see them. He landed in the tree by me, and I imagined he was listening to me to help with the anxiety of singing in front of others.

Three other crows over the course of three songs came over. I would end a song and they'd go crazy! I thought I was crazy, so I decided to sing another song.

THEY STOPPED MAKING NOISE.

I ended the song, waited, and they went crazy again! They quieted when I began singing again.

So I sang two more songs, thanked them for the experience, and went back into the house to write this. First I ran my experience by my nine year old son because his honesty is razor sharp right now. He's seen a lot of the shenanigans the crows and advised it was a cool story.

I want to remember it.

I want to have this tiny miracle of nature as part of my story.

A memory to replace one of the more... expired memories that don't suit my life now.

So, I will.
