The fact that Mary walks out with John's journal when she leaves the Bunker irritates me (and, by irritates, I mean: pisses me off to no end) for a number of reasons, but the main ones are:

At no point did Sam (or Dean) say she could keep the journal. She just kinda assumed.

By taking the journal as she walked out, she effectively took the sole thing they had left of their father. And, while I have my qualms about John Winchester (to put it lightly), they still cared very strongly about keeping the journal/preserving some of that connection, so she had no right to just assume and steal it.

Also, it bears mentioning that we never really saw Sam and Dean talking about the decision to lend Mary the journal? Yes, it's definitely possible that they simply discussed it off-screen, but I could definitely see Sam deciding to lend her the journal without discussing it at all.

Mary had no right to take the journal and I hate that she did.

Akahte entered the innermost sanctum after her bodyguard, the brutal Khem Vaal. Or was it Zash, right now? They switched at just the wrong moment, sometimes!

She cast out her Senses, and called out sweetly. “Revan? Revy-poo? Up for a little chat? We loved your little welcome party. Revan? Babe?” She frowned. The madman had harangued her every step of the way, so why was he silent now? She cast her Senses around to look for him, but this kind of tracking wasn’t her forte yet. If someone wanted to hide, she’d never find them.

“What a headache,” she sighed, massaging her temples. “Listen, Revan. If you don’t come out now, I’m going to send Khem in after you. You won’t like it.”

<Give me the order, little Sith,> the Dashade assassin growled. He always looked so angry! <I wish to feast on this deranged Jedi.>

“He’ll probably cause some irritation in your system,” Akahte smiled. “You heard how he rambles, didn’t you?”

She was followed into the room by Andronikos Revol, Ashaara Zavros, Lieutenant Talos Drellik, Lord Vemrin, and Darth Decimus.

“We have seized control of the whole facility,” Lord Vemrin grinned evilly. “The Foundry is ours. All that’s left is taking Revan.”

“Right,” Decimus grunted. “Alive, if possible. I’m sure the Emperor misses his favorite plaything.”

“Such an arrogant lot.” A hooded man materialized out of the shadows. “Congratulations on taking the Foundry. But it comes with a self-destruct, you know. When you overran my last line of defense, I sat to work activating it. You may have saved your foul civilization from oblivion, but you will not use the fruits of my labor to harm the Republic. Never again!”

Dear Gus & Magnus,

We made it to St. Louis. You two did pretty good in the car, though Magnus refused to take his nap. We stopped for lunch in Pocahontas at a Wendy's. (We mapped a local eatery, but when we got there it didn't exist.) After checking into the hotel, Gus wanted pizza, of course, so we went to a place called The Foundry, which is a food hall in the style that has become trendy. It was a great place for us all to get what we wanted and you two could run around without bothering any other patrons.

Joe P & Peter Raffoul – The Foundry – Philadelphia, PA – April 30, 2023

Philadelphia welcomed Joe P for a packed night at the Foundry. Joe P, joined by Peter Raffoul on this run, is currently on his first headlining tour. At around 7:30pm, the venue was already packed with fans who were anxiously awaiting the night to begin.

First up was an incredible set by Peter Raffoul. He commanded the room from the second he stepped on the stage and interacted with the crowd well throughout his performance. Raffoul captivated the crowd with his unique tone and incredibly strong and passionate vocals. For those that were unsure of who Peter Raffoul was when they arrived, they absolutely knew who he was when they left.

Taking the stage next at around 9pm was Joe P! Joe P walked onstage with energy, immediately being met by cheers and waves from the crowd. He opened his set with “Baby Teeth,” “Leaves,” and “Happy People.” The room was full of echoes from the crowd singing these songs right back at him. Joe P and the rest of his band were full of passion and enthusiasm, portraying incredible chemistry with each other on stage.

As he continued with “Fighting in the Car,” “Color TV,” and “Middle Class Dream,” Joe P stated how excited he was to be there on his first headline tour, surrounded by people singing his music back to him. Joe P’s energy carried throughout the entire show, as he interacted with the crowd well and filled the venue with his incredible vocals.

Everything about Joe P’s performance was extremely captivating, and he created a wonderful atmosphere in the venue that night. He kept the crowd engaged and up off their feet as he finished off the night with some fan-favorites including “Kids in the Summer,” “All Day I Dream About,” and “Off My Mind.”

Though this tour has come to an end, make sure to keep up with Joe P on all of his social media and streaming platforms, and pre-save his upcoming single, “Glass House!”
