So Dev's D&D campaign is going well(?). We have a conspiracy board now at least.
There's bits of context under the cut, at least that what I can provide for now.
The Web (:
Shiv: One of the four party members, a human rogue/grave robber. They joined the campaign after failing to break into a tomb in the mountains, brought to the group by an old man with horse and magic sword. They have no memory of what was inside the tomb.
Zird (spelling varies): Goblin artificer, looking to find magical items and create his own.
Menna Alloy: Our human fighter, not mentioned on here yet. The most functional member of the group.
Old Man: Author of the diary entries on a parchment texture. Gave the party a magic sword that may have used to belong to a saint. He's dead now (killed by the Black Knight mentioned on the other side of the web), but we have his horse still, and it may be magical. The guy might have been immortal?
Jester: Evil necromancer raising an army from the dead. Stole some of Dev's hair at one point. OOC, I think we're being scried on. The Black Knight seems to serve him.
Seleck-Mor (spelling varies): God of undeath, among other things. Gave necromancers their power. Worship of him is not looked upon kindly, to say the least.
Devleik might have been raised from the dead intentionally? Or his original soul died angry. The party doesn't have enough information on undead yet.
And a list of questions to ask the local librarian NPC when we next play, for my own notes:
Can Revenants return from the dead without a necromancer's influence?
What kind of punishment (if that's the correct term) did Seleck-Mor and the other gods face, post-Calamaties?
Did St. Gerriand's sword go by any other names? Oathguard, perhaps?
Is immortality possible? Has it ever been possible?
Who was Emperor Malachor? Pretend I've been living under a rock.

Feel Dead Inc, amirite
Partially inspired by this twitter thread, where they're all in the entertainment industry instead. The first famous quartet to come to mind was Gorillaz so here we are now.
Apologies for the sloppy line work and paint job, I'm still tryna find my style. (Also I'm well aware that my center line is off center, making them not equal 😩)

BDRRM Kwentuhan
Barangay Putatan of Muntinlupa City is a very congested and small barangay wherein most of the people’s livelihood are fishing (since Brgy. Putatan is right next to Laguna Bay), truck, pedicab and tricycle drivers. Though, there are also private subdivisions and villages inside it, the people who are heavily affected by natural calamities are the ones in the lower side and near the Laguna Bay. People who live near San Guillermo St. (San Guillermo St. is a street that connects most of the rural areas of  the barangays in Muntinlupa City) become the most vulnerable in typhoones and earthquakes because of how low their land area is.
One of the WORST experiences of Barangay Putatan when it comes to natural calamaties was Bagyong Ondoy especially in the Sagibas, Baybayin and Aplaya area because as the waters in Laguna Bay rose, so did the floods in those areas. Because of this, families were evacuated to Putatan Elementary School and the covered of the barangay. There is also a soon to be established main evacuation center of Putatan, which is three-storeys tall and will start construction in 2020. So far, only the land is available (refer to fig.1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 respectedly below). Also, affected families are given relief goods for these times which is donated by the government, and neighbors from the same barangay.

Fig. 3 Land wherein the three-storey evacuation center shall be established and is also 150sqm.
Barangay Putatan has a BDRRM and rescue team who are very-well prepared and equipped when it comes to evacuating people. In addition, the said barangay has a siren (refer to fig. 4 below) near the Laguna Bay wherein it alarms when the water rises to different levels, composing of four levels, when the siren hits the third level, the alarm starts working non-stop which means families must IMMEDIATELY evacuate. This siren is powered by solar energy. To add, these two teams, the BDRRM and rescue team is headed by Chris Albaran, a resident of Barangay Putatan.

Some of the issues that are confronting the community is littering and congestion. Many residents of Barangay Putatan continously litter along the streets and rivers which cause great harm to the environment which result to floods. There is also congestion; many informal settlers scatter along the streets without proper residence. This results to panicking and lack of knowledge when calamities happen such as earthquakes and floods. A possible solution for the local government is to continue educating the residents of barangay putatan through seminars and workshops to prevent disaster. The government must also be very strict when it comes to trash, assure that people who continue to damage the environment with their trash be penalized and also must be alert and add more numbers to the waste segragation department such as garbage trucks and workers.
As I relate this to the current situation of the country, many filipino workers also lose their jobs because of natural calamities such as farmers and fishermen. Equipment and crops get destroyed because of these calamities. This must also be given notice and immediately be put into action for the betterment of our filipino workers. Many filipinos as well have this mentality of letting others, such as to the government, do their jobs like throwing trash and having proper residence. That is why when typhoons and earthquakes come, many people are deeply affected. I personally believe that there is a solution to all of this. As a NSTP student of UST, I devote myself in helping my co-filipinos be knowledgable about what to do and not to do in our daily lives and during natural disasters/calamities.
The BDRRM head stated that there is really not much for Brgy. Putatan to be proud of in terms of uniqueness among other barangays, but what it is proud of is its dedication to help in improving the livelihood of every resident and provide a safe environment for each one. Barangay Putatan makes sure it is always ready for emergency and disasters.
Let us all address these issues by uniting to help those who are in need and lack knowledge. We must not judge them for we all have different backgrounds, and the people in the streets do not have the privilege of education unlike us. So let us impart our knowledge to these people, and not only rely on the government. As citizens, we are the fuels for safety and betterment of the community. Let us all do our part.

6/30/2018 Charter, proposal
In leiu of the last 8 scores, Of great concern, is that we may have had to divorce ourselves from people, places, and things, relative to confederacy, fascism, and that lent to the abuse of nuclear and radioactivity and have divided and mass destroyed, even through some grand and mass experimentations  -- that in the end, what never came to fruition .....
was our potential as an economic, agricultural, military cultural unified nation.
As a legal mentee at E.P. Ocampo Law, under Law Partners of the Executive Director of the Arrellano Law Foundation, the main tenants to learning as I began, were four things!
Claro, Consiso, Corto, and the ability to shepardize --
I have to make points clear, concise, and short. And, pursuave so as to show, what needs to be done, and where the points of action needs to be held.
My grandfather, Eliseo P. Ocampo during the war, did various jobs, from shoe salesman, to fisherman, to being a attached with the US military, including digging graves, and after the after the War, selling surplus army vehicle parts to make ends-meet which got him through law school, he enrolled in the first law school that opened after the war  -Arellano Law.
After he graduated, he couldn’t find a meaningful job, and he wrote to his professor, lonesome, asking him, “Please help!” “I have no where to turn”
Before the war he was orphaned --
His professor got him a job at Coca Cola and his career began in field sales. But if was far from a stable job and my grandmother wouldn't marry him, until he had more stability. He would always tell me in life,
“You are not a businessman worth your salt, unless you’re a great salesman!”
He made great connections through his job in Coca Cola, and with his law degree his opened his own law office, and got hired by the governmen where he had done stints with the Asian Development Bank and the Central Bank, and Marcos  So  he was able to propose --she accepted
It brings, a new meaning, to “playing the field!”
While he mentored me, he told me his first major project under the President,
The Terminal Food Market --which he hoped, in the future to be located in the Clark Base Area. It would attract farmers, to sell their goods, and store their food, it would also port, for vehicles, trains, busses, plains, weather wouldn’t be a factor.
He did research on the Halls of Rungis, and he was amazed at how it was probably one of the seven wonders of the world...

A great proposal would to also collate it with a frame of the McKormickk Conventon Center, which has such conventions as the National Restaurants Associatioin that brings in all the great restauranteurs and offers training, it also has hotels, and a railway and taxis, convention rooms and a bunker type of foundation, which in case, any calamaties happen along the lake or anywhere
people can be saved.
I will attach Annex B above of the lay out of McKormock along withi a proposed sight in Indiana near Indianapolis and just west of it, and southwest.
It is where Amish Farms are located, it is also borderning near Chicago, and Michigan, three major areas of influence and can attract all the major urban and agricultural economies toward it.
This, we pray, with urgency --the weather will, I am sure, be a detrimental factor to crops soon and we need storage, to keep from wastefulness, and do see the Annexes which I will attach above.
With discernment and Great Hope

Goodreads / Amazon
EXCERPT:
Haunting black ashes covered the floor, echoing the horror that had happened in this once holy place. The smell of burnt flesh still hung in the air, even though it had been weeks since the incident. Vincent Mallick was a handsome and sturdy man of fifty-seven years, with salt and pepper hair thinned slightly by age. The skin on his face was a map of the interesting life he had lived as a member of the High Council of the Four Corners, the ancient society to which he had devoted most of his life. But nothing in all his years with the society could prepare him for the horrifying sight before him, or its implications. The ritual to remove the Elements from their vessels and place them into a new one took place three weeks ago. Vincent had been in the Headquarters in Prague with the rest of the High Council, awaiting word of victory after centuries of research and hunting. But no communication had come from any of the members. Out of clemency, the Council waited three days, and then out of fear, waited seven more, too afraid of what the silence meant. Finally, they sent Vincent to inspect. “Mr. Mallick,” one of the young male members hailed. “What should we do about him?” Vincent Mallick turned to see the boy kneeling over the stiff, motionless body of Dexter Mauldiv, his former apprentice. He had raised Dexter from boyhood after his parents, both loyal members, died in an earthquake—one of Earth’s most destructive calamaties. Dexter had been given the best tutelage the society could offer and was the epitome of all the Four Corners stood for. And now he was nothing. “Oh, my poor boy,” Vincent sighed, coming to kneel beside his beloved protégé. Dexter’s body was pallid and shriveled, seemingly lifeless, but his skin was warm and his pulse betrayed that he was indeed alive, but only just. His lips were cracked and dry, his skin the color and thickness of one extremely malnourished. He had obviously not eaten nor drunk in a long time. That he was still alive as a miracle. His face was expressionless and unresponsive, as though he was unaware that any of them were there at all; but his eyes, which were wide open, were the eyes of one screaming on the inside. “Dexter?” Vincent said, shaking his shoulders. Dexter still did not react. His eyes didn’t appear to be looking at anything at all. He was but a shell of himself. What had been done to him? “Sir?” the boy next to him asked. Vincent was deeply shaken, but he snapped back to business easily. “Uh, yes, put him on one of the stretchers and get him to a physician,” Vincent instructed. “Show me the surveillance tapes, I want to see what happened here.” The boy nodded and the five other members did as they were told. Vincent watched as Dexter’s helpless body was lifted up onto the stretcher and taken away. Dexter was supposed to be their answer, their salvation. He had been the perfect choice. Of course, Vincent, in his old age could not take on the task, for he would likely die before they could accomplish any of their goals with the power they sought to take from the Bound Ones. But if Vincent could not do it, Dexter was the obvious second choice to be the new vessel. Dexter, whom Vincent had raised and groomed to be the Four Corners’ Grand Master, the apple of the High Councils’ eyes… No longer. Once Dexter’s body had been safely removed, Vincent followed two of the members to the security room to watch the video feed. Since no one had been here since that day to operate the equipment, the video from that day was the most recent. They didn’t have to rewind very far. In the fuzziness of rewinding, Vincent caught sight of a terrifying image on the screen. “Stop!” he said. “That’s it.” The operator pressed play, and all drew in to watch the video. They were watching the beginning of the ritual. Four young people were strapped to the stretchers as hooded figures all around them chanted. The electrocution began and the prisoners began to writhe and cry out. It all looked good so far. But wait! The orange-haired girl in the bottom right stretcher wailed loudly and angrily, and suddenly, to Vincent’s horror, all of his faithful brethren ignited from within and burned until they were nothing but ashes settling to the floor. Vincent covered his mouth in shock. He wanted to look away but he could not, for Dexter had been spared Fire’s wrath. The orange-haired girl’s restraints singed away and she was approaching Dexter, whose flight attempts were thwarted by suddenly appearing walls of flame. The orange-haired girl reached out to grab Dexter, and then he fell backward, in the exact same position in which they found him. Vincent cleared his throat of the emotions that tightened and dried it, then said, “Can you roll that back and play the audio? I must know what she did to him.” The operator rewound it and turned up the volume. “You will never speak again,” the orange-haired girl said to Dexter with a voice filled with hatred. “You will never move again. You will see nothing and you will hear nothing for the rest of your life. You will be a shell of your despicable self, and you will have to suffer for the rest of your days with the shame and guilt of what a terrible person you are until it eats you alive.” The video played on, but Vincent saw nothing else. Amazing the power Fire wielded. Amazing and petrifying, quite literally. She had to be stopped. This was exactly why the Four Corners needed to release the Bound Ones and reclaim the power they had given them. Powers such as these should not be in the hands of ignorant, whimsical children. It was only by chance that the Bound Ones had never developed their powers to use them against the world in all their history. The Four Corners had to act now before the Bound Ones used their powers in the modern age. “The Bound Ones know of their powers now,” Vincent said to his pupils. “We cannot allow this. Remove the artifacts—the dagger, the necklace, everything. They’re no longer safe here.” Author Bio: Tricia Barr is a Professional Engineer and award-winning author.
