Fungi grow from decay. Mushrooms are decomposers. They break down dead things like leaves and plants. This time of year where i live, they are more common to see. I used one as my workout background the other day, and when i shared it with BF, he asked why i took a photo of mushrooms.

I kinda got excited explaining I think they are magical. Like spring flowers after the snow melts.. fungi are like flowers that grow from death and decay. My inner child still believes that's where the fae live.

My bestie went on a hike with her hubby and sent me photos. I was with BF when I got the photos, and i got excited and shared them with him.
