I imagine Doc is probably the biggest Hermit. Like, Mumbo and him are the same height, and are easily the tallest hermits, but Doc is bigger. Like, way bigger

While Mumbo is lanky and thin, Doc is built like a fucking house. Huge, broad shoulders, wide torso, thick arms and legs, and built like a weight lifter. Conversely, he's one of the sweetest, most gentle people you've ever met. He tenderly handles his garden of vegetables, giving extra care to his tomatoes. And while Mumbo, if you were to ask him, would give an incomprehensible and rambling explanation of his redstone (unless you catch him in a calm mood), Doc will patiently and happily explain how his machines work, and even let you use it after he shows you how to operate it.

Just don't mistake his gentleness for weakness. While he usually hunches himself to appear nonthreatening, he can draw himself to his Full Height™ to put someone in their place. Also, please keep in mind that his cybernetic arm is capable of crushing a steel I-beam. Although, if you really upset him, it's more his machines you should watch out for. The Mad Scientist aesthetic isn't an aesthetic.
