Wowii were a Miami, Florida based band that perfected the power pop sound of the late 1970s. This really could have sounded perfect on Ork Records. They released 3 singles, but now, thanks to Reminder Records, we get their entire recorded output.
This is power pop in the vein of Big Star or The Raspberries. More modern bands mining similar sounds are The Lemon Twigs, and Gentleman Jesse. The Bandcamp page also mentions Milk n' Cookies, The Brats, and The Marbles.
We previously posted about The Jacks - another Reminder Records release.
The updated, full cast roster of The Grand Galloping 20s, an MLP AU project reimagining the characters and world in a 1920s American setting. Character designs by @tulliok, @maplewozapi, and I.
today I learned about "thumb book holders" in my search for ways to read giant fantasy paperbacks without injuring myself, and then I realized I could make one out of the 20-year-old polymer clay that I had lying around... so I did.
and god DAMN it's more effective than I ever expected, so I thought everyone should know about them. You can get really cheap mass-produced ones but this was fun to make and I'll probably make more ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
I am a solo indie dev trying to overcome my anxiety and actually let people know my game exists. It is a cute physics based game where you are the level.
I love making this game with passion and I am so excited to share it with the world, but somehow I need to let the world know. Unfortunately the way steam works is the more wishlists the more visibility, so if you are interested it is super appreciated :)
