i really do my best with literary fiction but the problem is that they keep sneaking edutainment in there but there's not like, a blacklistable tag for that, that tells me i don't actually want to read this and would be better off reading nonfiction on the covered topics. i'm sure this seems like a specific complaint but it's happened like three times in the last year and i only managed to finish one of them.
like does this book actually have queer representation in a way that will make me feel seen, or will this book have a part where the main character seems to look at the straight person they're expecting to exist beyond the fourth wall in order to teach them about stonewall or whatever. are they going to start 'as you know bob'-ing actual history at me. why does this keep happening. do the writers actually want to do the fiction equivalent of those youtube channels that just read wikipedia articles, or can i blame bad editors to make myself feel better

Conversations on here will basically be like
"Hey these new reproductive rights issues are affecting trans men too so let's make sure we include them in the conversation, instead of calling it women's health issues."
"Would you stop complaining? Trans women have it worse than trans men. TERFs want to kill us but only detransition you."
"If living as the gender you are not is so easy why would you transition in the first place? Obviously trans people transition because they can't live with existing as a gender they are not. Obviously "just going back" isn't an option because we often fail to behave the way we're expected to anyway. Forcing any trans person to detransition is a death sentence in and of itself."
"Why are you always speaking over transfems when we talk about transmisogynistic violence???"

few of my favorite (so far) zolu moments in dressrosa:
zoro, with the little guys' army, sitting in front of the tv and watching luffy fight in the arena
2. zoro still stuck on the fact that luffy didn't invite him to fight together in the arena aksdsjd
3. zoro being the one seeing luffy cry after luffy met sabo! (him not knowing the full context about sabo yet, but.. still.. he was there for luffy)
4. both of them giggling as they're running away from the pica stone giant guy (and law being so done with them aksjd)
5. and multiple times this dynamic:
i like how the word certain is bold and italic, as well as the anything. it really carries over how much luffy can lean on and trust zoro fully.
there's the sense of awareness of what they're capable of, that they know their abilities especially after their 2yrs of training. their full trust goes both ways towards each other, letting them move on ahead without having to worry.
+bonus, with the bull moocy!

one of the many ways which life is so unfair and cruel to me is that i do not have cool spidery elegant handwriting . in heaven (where i will go after i reanimate reagan's corpse just to kill him again) everything i write will look like field notes from a lesbian dowager with a suspicious interest in poisonous botany . and between the maddened sapphic scrawlings in the margins (where i am writing poetry about birds and nuts) there will be little watercolor diagrams of flowers also. and oh gosh so fine these little flowers will be
