The Minus Man will be released on Blu-ray on April 9 via Kino Lorber. The 1999 psychological thriller marks the lone directorial effort of screenwriter Hampton Fancher (Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049).

Fancher also penned the script, based on on the 1991 novel by Lew McCreary. Owen Wilson, Janeane Garofalo, Brian Cox, Mercedes Ruehl, Dwight Yoakam, Dennis Haysbert, and Sheryl Crow star.

alr im using this as a writing ask for the following characters:

mobius

don (hes different than mobius)

jedediah

lightning mcqueen (eugh)

father kent

reggie from free bird (havent watched in a while but whatever)

- lightning nearly runs over jed. father kent rescues jed and lets him ride in his shirt pocket

- reggie is literally just a turkey so

- vann has no idea who these people are so he awkwardly makes the same 4 jokes to don over and over again and don always laughs because hes nice like that

- mobius is frantically calling loki the tva trying to figure out why so many variants of him are in one spot

- father kent and jedediah have become fast friends. they bond over their love of dark-haired less-than-sociable dudes

- lightning mcqueen has been recruited to reggies side. he plans to go back in time and stop thanksgiving with them (he dies in the past and becomes the center of many conspiracy theories in the carsverse)

- mobius finally gets off the "phone" and kent and jed are both immediately like HA WHO WAS THAT, YOUR BOYFRIEND???

- loki ends up stepping through a time door to take mobius back to the tva and kent immediately goes 🤔🏳️‍🌈🫵?

- vann offers to drive don home. don is never heard from again, and his decomposing body is found buried in a field 6 months later

- kent moves in to the museum. not like part time or anything, he legit just lives in the museum now
