Update after 1 month of Coco being here

I didn't expect her to be this cuddly? When she's not tired she's mostly still not seeking out cuddles, but if she is, then she's immediately coming up for snuggles and ENJOYS them a lot. Lays sometimes on my chest/neck/almost face, to the point I can barely breathe. Often meows at me before laying on me, too.

Besides that, she's still the sweetest independent princess. Even when wanting to be alone she's staying near one, but just wants her personal space. Didn't expect that too of her tbh cause she always fled from her littermates and mom, but she's kinda clingy with all of us.

Did I ever mention she sits on me when I sleep sideways? Apparently my shoulders are very comfy.

Grooms herself so loudly that she is always waking me up.

Has a bad attention span and can't focus on a toy for more than 2 minutes, especially on her own. Playing with her works mostly better but not always. Only if the toy is new.

Dislikes most soft textures? She doesn't acknowledge her own little bed, blankets (she likes to get them put on her, but she always prevents having to walk on any), pillows, anything cuddly tbh, but loves cardboard and other rough textures.

Doesn't really seek out warm places!? Often prefers cold areas. I'm confused about that cause they're originally desert animals and I always knew cats that love it as warm as possible?

Got used to living here cause she's seeking out a few more sleeping places than the bed only, she's getting comfy at more locations.

Plays hide and seek & tag T_T it's the most adorable thing I've ever witnessed in my life.

Her agility improved soo much, she's so extremely fast and more confident when climbing.

Started chewing on cables, oh boy... She doesn't scratch any furniture or walls, but she's still obsessed and goes haywire (ha) with anything stringy. At least I got to do cable management bc of her.

When I try to distract her to not chew on cables, she'd rather chew on the cables than play. No distraction ever works, so they have to be hidden.

She also doesnt't (want) to listen, the vet said that clicker training would work, well? we tried it out and it's just not... working. She knows she's going to get a treat after listening to "no", so she does stuff she isn't supposed to, listens shortly, until she gets a treat and then repeats the process a few times. But she's also a cat, so I am not surprised she's not immediately supposed to know everything. She doesn't ever do anything maliciously, as she doesnt get aggressive, so I'm unsure whether she's very clever or actually possesses only 3 braincells and is forgetful.

Speaking of never getting aggressive, she never once hissed yet. The worst she tried was a gentle nibble, but usually she flees stressful situations.

Most stressful situations for her so far have been my noisy relatives, and the telephone ringing. She got used to the vacuum cleaner really fast.

Food is everything for her and she tries everything possible to get it. Meows like crazy when she wanna get treats, too.

Giving her deworming pills was more than easy cause they got hidden under food and she just... devoured it.

Once she went to her toilet, then she heard that we prepared food for her, RAN towards the noise as if a lion was chasing her and left a poop in the way... she didn't finish going to toilet bc of utter excitement, just did it while running lmao. Sounds worse than it is tbh, was pretty cute to see her THAT excited (besides the cleaning up part ofc)

Clipping her nails works really good when she's tired, I read to give cats treat rewards for each nail so they know it's positive. For her it doesn't work, she gets feral after a treat and afterwards it's not possible to clip them cause she's so hyper and immediately awake after getting something to eat. So everytime I need to brush her or clip her nails, it's not needed to give her a treat. She's fine with almost everything the moment she's tired.

Very very curious, has to discover EVERYTHING. What is extra cute is, that she likes when people clean here, change sheets, etc... She always sits beside and watches.

Often scream-meows when leaving her alone, sometimes even when it's only for a few minutes. Poor baby waits at the door and meows and meows. ;_; If she realizes it takes a bit more to come back, she goes back to sleeping.

Once one scary moment happened, it sounded like someone got shot outside and we all just panicked a little. Coco seemed to notice, as she went person to person, purred, and afterwards laid on her back, showing off her stomach. She is truly sweet, I really think she tried to calm us.

Gave her save plants to eat and she absolutely destroyed them. She only tried a little bit to eat them, but she plucked like 70% of the leaves and played with them instead.

Also already reacts to catnip? I thought kittens usually don't, but she does. She just rolls around on her back then lol.

Conclusion:

she's a kitten, ofc I expected her to be a bit stressful, but every moment has been 100% worth it so far and I can't adore her more cause all good moments outdo anything negative 🤍

- Teru is non-binary (she/he/they) bisexual while Natsuhiko is genderfluid (he/they) pansexual :33 

- Since Natsuhiko follows teru a lot Sakura has pointed out how he’s practically a puppy, now teru can’t get that imagine of Natsuhiko out of head 

- Teru is definitely more jealous than Natsuhiko, he will go out of his way to death glare someone that is too close to her bf , but will never admit to Natsuhiko especially if he notices the behavior 

- Natsuhiko absolutely loves Teru’s silky hair and plays with it a lot, teru let’s him since it’s “relaxing” (when teru leaves Natsuhiko house his hair is always in braids)

- When Natsuhiko found out that teru doesn’t have a lot of time he doesn’t shop for clothes he made it his job to give  some of his clothes to him every month (teru enjoys it a lot, even made it a habit to steal some of his clothes that he really likes)

- Teru can fall asleep in an instant when cuddling with Natsuhiko , Natsuhiko finds it adorable, when teru wakes up he gets very defensive and makes excuses of why he feel asleep so fast,, (Natsuhiko finds that even cuter ♡)

- Teru is very touch starved due to their isolation while Natsuhiko has too much love since he doesn’t have anyone to give it to , they balance each other very well

- Natsuhiko has very butchered English and teru helps him get better (quality time :3)

- Natsuhiko cooks for teru (Natsuhiko isn’t a bad cook at all)

- Sometimes when Natsuhiko flirts Teru flirts back, it surprises Natsuhiko every time (teru finds it cute how he reacts)

- Tiara has mention to Natsuhiko about how teru talks about him a lot ( a lot !!!) ,, Natsuhiko brought it up to teru and his face got bright red in embarrassment  (*´ω｀*)

- Natsuhiko loves giving teru kisses while he has lipstick on teru doesn’t mind at all

- Natsuhiko has too many thoughts on random things so he always text teru about them even though teru won’t respond until hrs later, when he does respond he answers most of his questions with his best ability 

- ^the same thing happens when they r on call (teru listens and Natsuhiko talks) :3 so cute

- It takes teru long to respond to texts like hours since he always has his notifications off but ever since he started talking to Natsuhiko he does check his phone more often ♡

- Natsuhiko bought matching rings for him and teru,, teru refuses to take it off and wears it every day (Natsuhiko sometimes forgets and feels guilty when he sees that teru had his (T ^ T) )

- Teru dresses more androgynous and feminine than masculine, Natsuhiko dresses mostly masculine (they both enjoy each others style)

- Natsuhiko loves giving gifts to teru,, teru appreciates it dearly but doesn’t show it a lot

- When teru is done with her patrol he ends up going to Natsuhikos house (most of the time it’s closer than his actual house) and stays for the night , Natsuhiko doesn’t mind and feels it’s just a way for them to spend more time together 

- ^ Natsuhiko does find it worrying how late teru works though (＞＜)

- Natsuhiko introduced Taylor swift to teru (pop in general tbh),, the song lover by Taylor swift reminds teru if them and Natsuhiko ♡

One note from before season 4 that I wrote down. Jimmy looking at his hands after he punches someone. The look of shock of omg I remember how to do karate? Was precious. Now onto season 4 (the first time I’d seen these eps) I’m sorry one thing that doesn’t make any sense to me. Why doesn’t Robby have more friends? Like I get the two bad friends, but like he’s at the skate park every chance he has. Surely some people like see him there and cheer him on. Like I doubt with how crowded it is most of the time that there’s no community there. Like Sam went there every day for two weeks, surely people would know him or recognize her. I just realized Tory is the last one of the original crew isn’t she? Like Aisha left and then Miguel and Hawk and all the like minor friends she’d made. Javelia Wedding Headcanons

Alright. @dazzlingkm and I been talking all morning... And uhhh. We came up with some... headcanons for Javi and Amelia's wedding!!!!

(Warning: it's LONG and I don't wanna put it under the cut. Trust me, it's adorable.)

Javi and Amelia wanna plan their wedding, but Pop Pop and Warden Buzzkill are just too much into it, so they decide to leave it to the two boring old men to plan the wedding.

It does not go well.

Pop Pop and Warden Garcia can't agree on a single thing. Example: Pop Pop: My baby girl likes pink so the wedding cake should be STRAWBERRY. Warden Garcia: Well what if SOME PEOPLE like chocolate more?! OR VANILLA HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT THAT?! Pop Pop: Vanilla is the most boring flavor in existence NO. Warden: It will not give the guests FOOD POISONING.

Basically Pop Pop wants everything Pink and Fluffy and Warden wants everything practical and normal.

The cake ends up being butterscotch.

The old men bicker so much that Zayto, Ollie, Aiyon and Izzy are the ones who actually go to all the vendors and make arrangements (venue, booking the cake, going with Javi and Amelia to get the jewellery; all that good stuff)

So basically Javi and Amelia's wedding is saved from being a dumpster fire in hell by their four ranger friends.

"Respectable Dad and Grandad, take a break and let us professionals handle this situation👐"

It's an outdoor wedding, with lots of trees in the backdrop, and lovely winds bellowing. The architecture of the hall is something like ancient Greek (but it's all P.O.P. lol) with lots of pillars and vines, and ice sculptures (THAT WAS JANE'S IDEA) and all that good stuff!

Javi picked out the wedding songs; they were a surprise for Amelia and some were sung by him only; he wanted it to be as romantic as he could make it humanly possible.

Zayto and Aiyon will drop in traditional rafkonian dressses and the normal hoomins present at the wedding all go like "O.O wtf"

Their wedding "tuxes" Are red and gold, both of them, and since we couldn't decide wat they'd actually look like, they're loosely based off of Sherwanis.

Izzy is in an olive green tux, with a light green shirt, and a perfectly violet bowtie. No one is allowed to question her fashion sense. Fern is in a violet dress, and looks STUNNING! Amelia pauses for a moment, and wonders if she should borrow that for the wedding gown instead.

Speaking of wedding gowns, Amelia's is the light, totally adorable baby pink color, instead of the traditional white. More details to be added

The most unique wedding that ever happened in the Pine Ridge's history. (this was the point where i lost it and ended up looking for my pyjamas in the refrigerator... don't even ask)

Ollie is in a deep blue tux, and a blue floral printed tie, and can't stop sobbing because his friends legit look so adorable in all these pretty gowns and he just wants them to be happpyyyy. He makes Javi put a Maile Lei around his neck, as a symbol for eternal love and peace and friendship.

Izzy is the maid of honor, because anyone else being there would be wrong.

Javi couldn't decide whether he wanted Ollie, or Zayto or Aiyon to be his best man, so he decided to do away with the traditions, and asked all three of them. The three best men couldn't be happier to do it. I mean if Ross can why can't Javi

Izzy and Javi's cousin, Lily is the ring bearer. She was so honored when Amelia asked her (yes Amelia asked her. She wanted to ask her. No take backs) and she jumped up and hugged her.

This one we're a lil shaky on, Amelia and Javi's five y/o daughter Adelyn is the flower girl and she's happy that she's in her parent's wedding because lots of kids don't get to do that!

Void Knight's present in hoomin form. He’s hiding tho; he just wants to be at his daughters wedding, but she hates him, but he still wants to be there all the same so he’s just hiding in the corner... T_T

Pop Pop gets to walk Amelia down the aisle of course

Voidy's just leaning against a pillar in the background and watching with his arms crossed, tears in his eyes, as he watches his dad (yes, that's the AU we're going with idk what happened in s2 it doesn't exist) walk his daughter down the aisle. He wants his child to be happy. If he's not part of it, that's his fault, not hers.

AND L A S T L Y (for now) Amelia tosses her bouquet, and ther'es a lot of people in line for it, (aka all her friends) she pretends she's gonna throw, but doesn't let it go, again, and again, and again, and it's getting annoying now. Then she turns around, reaches up to Aiyon, who wasn't in queue, and hands it to him. He's confused. She takes him by the shoulder and turns him around, and he's just gasping because Zayto's there on one knee with a ring in his hand for him!

Xiao

his room is very dark. It's lit up by colored LEDs, stuff like that. He also probably has a light-up green glowy lightning bolt taped to his wall. also has like his yaksha mask with glowy accents from like fanmail and stuff. also related to the event request i sent, his door is probably somewhere behind him, otherwise, how would they see the reader entering his room? also only his viewers know this, but behind him, he has a shelf with various items on it. most of the shelf. has plants. it clashes with his personality, but matches with his color scheme. he used to just not sleep (poor baby drank too much monster hehe) but his S/O helps him with it <3 also has all his g-fuel on the shelf. (secretly has one of those froggo hats) tired and cranky 24/7 but still has amazing aim even if he's tired???? trying to fix his bad posture. childe called zhongli a boomer once. xiao just- snapped. who dares to insult his dear brother like that? let's just say... childe didnt last long in the next few rounds... (totally not long because im biased)

Ganyu

has a very aesthetic cozy room. When Xiao, Ganyu, and Zhongli moved in, （she was 12 and xiao was 10 , zhongli was 20 at the time, Ganyu is currently 21 , Xiao is currently 19, Zhongli is currently 29） she took her time, hanging her fairy lights, carefully placing all her comfort plushies on the shelf. She recently placed polaroids of her and her S/O in a heart shape, of course with her S/O's assistance. Helped Zhongli and Xiao decorate their rooms. (Xiao used to have those giant wall stickers yk? yeah he used to have one of spiderman, dont tell anybody) Has a neatly stacked pile of work papers. Just very aesthetic in general. def makes you hot cocoa on bad days. did a stream where her viewers spent her earnings on valentines gifts for you (awwwwww) zhongli was slightly confused when there were like 12 packages at their apartment door.

Zhongli

Very beige and vintage. He just has a lot of shelves. Like a lot lot. He collects teapots, and just interacts with chat while sipping tea. If he's lucky enough to get a donation, he spends it on new tea sets or tea that his chat chooses. But the tea set choosing has rules!! Rule 1 is no NSFW (if nsfw teacups even exist), Rule 2 is no Gore(if that even exists), and rule 3 is has to fit the budget. He also has a wishlist of tea sets he wants to get, and his viewers can donate to help him get the tea sets on his wishlist. Is very grateful for every donation he gets. Has fairy lights and a lot of different types of tea on the shelves. Also has a lot of books on the shelves. idk what else to write other than he collects tea sets and also tea.

For a second there I thought I was having audio issues because the background music sounded abysmal XD But I guess it was just a bad choice of music (horror/psycho Christmas maybe?) because now they are playing normal stuff.

The studio is so sparkly, they have a gorgeous tree in the back. And Hikaru looks so pretty today with her hairstyle, make-up and red pullover. I think Hikaru is once again wearing the Kala pinkie ring!! BANZAI! On a random side note, I am such a sucker for slender fingers and well manicured slightly longer nails, Hikaru has honestly the most beautiful hands

Talk corner: Time to play a couple of games. They start with the Caru-Uta game that came together with Hikaru’s 4th album “Story”. Hikaru explains how the board game works. The cards contain words (lyrics) which you spread on the table. Then you play a song from the album and the players need to find cards that match the lyrics. The more cards you find the more points you will get. Hikaru obviously has an advantage because she knows the lyrics by heart. Gushi is trying his best tho XD Cute to see them like this. The second game is one we can all participate in. They are giving a word and have to draw it in a minute. Then we need to guess. Ehhhhh? I just noticed there is a bit of a time lag with my video. Everyone was already saying their guesses in the comment section while Hikaru and Gushi were still drawing. Now it’s time for a gift exchange. Hikaru got a lot of body-care stuff for Gushi and in return she received a fancy brush set.

Hi! I really liked your writing and I thought the “match up event” sounded like a really cool idea.

Took me a while to decide between Assassination Classroom and Tokyo Revengers because I really love both T_T but I ended up going with Tokyo Revengers.

You can just completely ignore this if you want btw!

So onto the description thingy that I’m terrible at! I just turned 18 (remembers that I used to think Draken was 17… gosh…), I’m a Cancer, 162 cm (from what I’ve seen, I’m Mikey’s height… so like… tiny) and I’m a girl. I’m straight (unsure, but from what I’ve seen of myself so far that’s what I’m going with).

I’m kind of reckless, I’m very stubborn and I’m a big idiot most of the time. I procrastinate a lot and have a hard time concentrating on stuff. I overthink a lot and I’m very introverted unless I’m with people who make me comfortable. I don’t usually talk to anyone, normally just keeping a straight face (I’ve been told I’m really scary until I talk. I’ve also been told that it’s really easy to talk to me after people get over the intimidating part) and wearing headphones. I’m mostly quiet when out of the house, until I’m with friends and then I’m the loudest and then I kinda become the crack head of the group. I’ve been called the mom a lot, because I bother people about school and worry about them (let’s ignore that I do none of that for myself). I’m also not one for confrontation since I’m really scared of it (even tho I’m quite a violent person) and if I try it, I just end up screaming and crying.

Not sure what’s my aesthetic, but I mostly wear black oversized stuff cuz it makes me comfortable and usually I wear my hair in a pony tail or in a really messy looking bun.

I like writing, reading fanfic and listen to music. That’s about it.

I’d say my MBTI score, but I don’t know what that is.

Dates would include going to cat cafés since Kazu would have a soft spot for kitties. I truly believe he would have a specific favourite at one café by the pet shop. Other dates would probably include picnics at the park, movie nights at his apartment, and bike rides together.

Your styles are very similar to each others which is great for you. You would steal some of his clothes (mainly shirts and sweatshirts) which he didn't mind. After all, if it made you happy then he would do it! Since you both tend to put your hair up into simple hairdos, you would both do each others hair in the morning. He would adore brushing your hair and placing it into his signature messy bun.

Kazutora would love you with all his heart, willing to give you the world if it would make you happy. You do remind him of Baji but he does understand that there are a lot more qualities to you than just your crack-headedness. Would do everything he can to keep you safe and away from any conflict so there's no need for you to ever worry about that.

Can I just say I love your portrayal of Irina? You do such an amazing job of writing the sophisticated air to her, like right from the first meeting you can tell she is an influential figure. She just seems so classy, it felt wrong at first to make Ruki interact with this woman because I know he is a jerk.

But then you revealed she has such a sweet, cute, and dorky side too. And she’s very forgiving despite his mean antics. I love that so much about her character. Much like Ruki, Irina has so many different sides to her. She can be sadistic to certain people, and yet she can play a more teasing role for Ruki as well which makes their dynamic very interesting.

Even though she has this sort of sophisticated vibe to her, she is quite caring too, which is another thing I love. You can see it in her interactions with everyone else, but the way she cares for her friends despite being raised in a family with so much shady stuff going on is very adorable. In theory the way her parents have neglected her and raised her to be a perfectionist makes me think she wouldn’t have such a cute side to her, but even so she turned out to be a kind-hearted person despite all the hardship. It makes me hope that Ruki can be there for her, yet she is also a strong person on her own who doesn’t always need help from others. She’s very independent in that regard. I find it amusing how she has this gambling side to her too, which shows she has a cunning and intelligent side as well.

Also, your writing style, omg. This is hands down the most artistic use of words I have ever seen in my life. Especially in our more recent interactions. You have such a distinct style that I can tell it’s your writing from a mile away, and that always makes me very excited to write back. Thanks for giving me a chance to improve my own writing by writing with you. T_T

First of all, I am very glad that you liked Irina so much 😭😭 I honestly didn't imagine that she would really become so adored and missed since from my point of view I didn't get to see her as charming as she seems to be now. But maybe it was just my harsh self-criticism.

It's true that Irina has a kind of "exception" for her childhood and current life, but the explanation for this behavior lies with her younger sister. Irina now has a person to take care of and worry about, but she received love and attention as well as unconditional support from her sister, which was what Irina lacked. In other words, if Irina had been an only child or had a bad relationship with her sister, she would be a real bitch by now AHAHAHAHA

I also love the dynamic that Ruki and Irina found, it's quite interesting to watch and write since both of them are quite mutable. Ruki can be a bit of a shit sometimes 🤏🏻 But when he shows his sweet, playful and caring side, it's a precious thing to experience and I'm so excited to reply. Even when they have their little arguments!! I love Ruki with all his sides, even the wild and crazy ones 😩😩😩

What to say about your Ruki? I really love him and it's definitely one of my favorites. You manage to canonically reflect this character perfectly! As if you shared the same braincell with him. When Otome-games break your heart?!?

I played my 2nd otome game ever... piofiore... and got ORLOKS FREAKING TRAGIC ENDING?!?!?!

WHAT THE HELL!!!

I came here to have a good time and after my first game, Nightshade-Hanzo’s adorable route which warmed my heart a lot and made me get interested in otome games because I loved his route so much, I decided to try out which route I would get in piofiore with a friend who had already played it (that’s how it was possible for me to get Orlok’s route right in the beginning) and WHAT THE FUCK!

First of all, I love tragic endings in books and movies and stuff! Really. I do. But..........

I know this was only my 2nd game but I can’t imagine any other otome ending could make me more heartbroken than this?!

I was so happy I got Orlok... T_T I didn’t aim for it. I just went with the flow. And then he showed up and I ended up with his route... that lost boy...... that adorable little boy who vows to protect me... Who has no real concept of what friendship and love is... Who has no real person who is there for him... Who is actually really just.. alone?? Who actually I want to protect and hug and show some happiness in this world! T_T

I loved the scene were he plays with the kids in the beginning while waiting for me... Those were the times T_T

Spoiler ahead

All the characters have 3 endings and a couple of endings during the story where I just... die if I don’t take care... (I don’t see them as real ending though xDD You NEED to reach one of those 3 real ones or it isn’t satisfying, right? xD) There was one mistake I made which led me to a bad ending where I sacrifice myself by accident and Orlok kills me. (Ooops.) And I thought how sad that was (but also kinda.. oww...... at least it was him?!) and that I was happy I saved the game not long before and that I do need to continue without dying in the middle of the game. Since it wasn’t one of his real three endings, I thought I can’t just stop here in the middle where I accidently got killed..

After finishing the whole route...

I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH THAT BAD ENDING! I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED PLAYING THE GAME AT THAT POINT AND BE HAPPY WITH ME SACRIFICING MYSELF! It wasn’t as heartbreaking as the real end... Far from it.

But no! Of course I continued and then I reached the last chapter and it was titled “Albtraum” and my head just went.. “Fuck. No. Please no.”

When I reached that rape... that I “agreed” to only because I wanted to protect Orlok and that he himself even has to watch.. That broke my heart. I didn’t expect it would still get worse!? (But also... maybe this WAS the part that, thinking of it afterwards, I thought of the worst..... I mean... the raping is the worst. But in addition to that... Orlok, lying there, seeing it and begging for it to stop and knowing that this happens only because I agreed to do whatever is asked from me, so that he doesn’t die.. and he has to experience all this happening to his love without being able to help even though he promised to protect me?! Wow.)

And when I sneak into the jail to free him and he mentioned how I smell of that Mafia boss guy (because hey... have to be with him every. freaking. following. night. of my life.)... When we have that one last talk..... and Orlok declines leaving without me (not that he could WITH CUT TENDONS!!!).. and then.... that asshole of a Mafia boss finds us and... I get my tendons cut too so I can’t come down to the jail anymore and we are both there in the same mansion but will never be able to meet each other again, not talking of escaping, because none of us can walk anymore... Also not being able to kill ourselves because that would mean breaking our promises/being responsible for the other one to be killed... “I cursed God for the first time in my life.” And the “the End”-screen appears.....!?

This really hit me hard?!

And then the extra bonus scene afterwards in jail where Orlok dreams of us being happy together and then he wakes up... and, half-dead, forbids himself to die because he promised to be near me until the very end?? When he forces the food into his body?! And wonders where he (and FREAKING I) went wrong... And ends up deciding that all went wrong with his birth... And that a scenario where he saves me never existed from the beginning. (It DID... I just fucked up.) Holy shit...

I thought tragic ends are like..... the guy sacrifices himself for her to rescue her from.. I don’t know.. a bullet or so. And then he dies. And maybe she kills herself too because of the sadness. And that would be tragic! But I didn’t expect.. THIS!

Also. Respect for the voice actor. The extra scene in jail.... wow. Just wow.

I just quote the sentence that appeared above the “the End”: “Heu, Fortuna, quis est crudelior in nos“

Many tears flowed that day. I mean, if you watch a movie or read a book and it would end like that, it will be super tragic! But... you aren’t that CLOSE?! With a game like this you play it for hours over hours. You ARE the girl and you hope for a good ending and then it ends like this and you are kind of RESPONSIBLE for it?! You wonder where you went wrong... T_T

Well... but... I do have to say.. okay, after that ending it sounds wrong to say “this game was fun!!” but I do have to say... it was fun except for the ending T_T it was interesting and thought-through I guess? It did have an unexpected and far from boring ending.. how hard it was.. it was still... interesting... from an objective point of view.... It was good and tragic and maybe a little TOO tragic. But it was... from the writing point of view.. good.

I also like that most of the time you have absolutely no idea which decision is the right one (or was that only me?) and even after making it you often still don’t know. That was very interesting and exciting.

Orlok was so interesting because he is the only one who is alone, I think? He doesn’t really have anyone. While the othere characters have their families...

I do like the game... I do like Orlok’s route... I wonder if I can ever play any other route after this T__T I mean.. I heard Mr. Mafia-boss, who did this horrible stuff to those, has a good route as well..

But I guess I need some time off this game first xD”““

Good morning! Whats your favorite show/movie? Who are your favorite characters? Why do you like them so much? Also!! Did you have a good sleep?

Okay so I was a film major for a while, and I have opinions. 

Penny Dreadful 

I love this show. Like, so much. I adore it. I can not get enough of that show. Just all of the imagery, and the fantastic writing and acting. The episode intro alone is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Eva Green is a goddess and I love everything she’s been in. The take on classic horror stories is So Good, and it actually became the inspiration for my Gay Frankenstein story! (Started as a stitch AU, and then went completely OC after I had Ideas) but the show itself is so intimate? I think it’s largely that the period they’re in, everything was so repressed and restricted. So when the characters break out of those moments, it’s more meaningful. And the love-hate relationship between Ms. Ives and Malcolm in season one? Exquisite.  I could literally write essay’s about this show, but I’ll restrain myself and just say: it’s the best ensemble show I’ve ever seen. The characters come together, but they also each have their own distinct lives that sometimes intersect, but in s2 especially, are quite separate. They are constant with one another like ensemble shows usually portray. Also gothic horror and romance? My absolute favorite. 

Anything by Guillermo del Toro

This man Owns My Entire Soul. I’m not even joking, everything he writes and directs is perfection. Crimson Peak is probably my favorite (I have a stitch AU for this too ;) ) because again, Gothic horror and romance. I’m a slut for that shit. Also Tom Hiddleston and Jessica Chastain? Delightful casting. I think it’s obvious by now that I love tragic relationships, so their dynamic is *chef’s kiss* amazing. they’re so damaged. And this quote right here is one of the BEST things I’ve ever read: 

“But the horror... The horror was for love. The things we do for love like this are ugly, mad, full of sweat and regret. This love burns you and maims you and twists you inside out. It is a monstrous love and it makes monsters of us all.”

Engrave that on my headstone, please?? I’ve got a sort-of Dorian Gray AU (it’s delightful) that’s basically built on this entire premise. Mitch makes the mistake of falling in love with Stiles, and does many terrible things because of it. Mostly to himself, at least. 

I think my love of Crimson Peak is very closely tied with The Shape of Water. another beautiful movie, I could wax poetic about this forever. it was beautifully written, and such an artistic movie. I love the way it was filmed, and the set design, and all of the subtle imagery. Such as Elisa’s apartment being cast in cooler tones, it always felt very damp and had evidence of water damage, compared to Giles’, a mirror image of her own, in more warm tones. This is another one I could (and have) write essays about. There is so much packed into this movie, from the themes on toxic masculinity and entitlement, to the conversation on queerness and race and disability, and how all the various relationships are portrayed. Like. there is so much to pick apart in this movie. 

Aside from that, ofc Hell Boy deserves an honorable mention because i grew up on those movies. I’m pretty sure the Golden Army especially is responsible for who I am today, given all the lore on the fae in that universe. Wow, that explains so much about me... Also one of my first WoW characters was an elf named Nuala xD I still have her, too, and it’s been like 12 years lol

Near-Future Sci-Fi

Sci-fi is one of my favorite genres, I am a huge nerd for theoretical and astrophysics. But my favorite kind of sci-fi is the stuff that still takes place on Earth, rather than epic battles in space. Ex Machina and Annihilation are at the top of that list. Alex Garland is another writer/director that I love. He has the same kind of approach as del Toro, where he puts a lot of fine details into his work. And I love that it’s very cerebral; there are so many layers to Ex Machina. My English 101 prof actually refused to analyze it in class when I suggested it to him, because he didn’t think my class could. Basically handle? Dissecting that movie? Because a lot of it comes across as very surface level, but in some cases when you look deeper, it’s actually suggesting the opposite of what you might think at first glance. (And he was right, my fellow students were awful. I miss that class though, it was one of my favorites T_T Mr. Ryder was an awesome dude and super chill.) 

Morgan is another good example. As you can see, I fucking love androids lol. Which brings me to another of my all time favorite movies: Cloud Atlas. I could literally watch this movie endlessly, I love it so much. The acting, the writing, the filming, all of it is top notch. And one thing they did in the movie that didn’t come across in the book, was reusing the same actors through the different eras in the book. That was just so neat, because it really encapsulates how connected these souls are, as we follow the threads of their story throughout time. If you haven’t seen the movie, I can’t recommend it enough.  

Another one I always think of alongside Cloud Atlas, even though they aren’t related at all, is Predestination. It’s a great movie that explores the idea of fate and free will in a really clever way, utilizes time travel in a very organized way that I think was neat (think Umbrella Academy. They even use briefcases! As you can see, I love sci-fi bureaucracy, it’s fun. In fact The Bureau is another movie I enjoyed) and the main character is actually, explicitly trans, which was cool. You basically get to see the entire story of their life, and I don’t want to spoil anything, but it’s just. So good. Mindfuckery galore. 

Shoot, and I almost forgot! Arrival! That is one of the best movies, and another one I could watch nonstop. It focuses on mathematics and linguistics and I swear to god, I almost altered my entire college course because of this movie. Amy Addams is brilliant, Jeremy Renner is so soft and nerdy, and again, it has an amazing take on time travel. I am very particular about how time is handled in Sci-fi, and this portrayal was one of my favorite. (Most of my physics studies have been dedicated to the theory of time, so like. Strong Opinions.) 

Fantasy

Stardust! It wasn’t until Good Omens can out that I realized Neil Gaiman is responsible for most of the stories I loved as a kid lol, and I had no idea he wrote stardust! But that is such a beautiful movie (I have a Stardust AU lol) and it’s definitely one of my comfort movies. Captain Shakespeare is one of the best characters ever, bless Robert de Niro. I would die for him. Fun fact, i had no idea Ipswitch was a real place until like. 2019. I 100% thought it was made up for the movie 😂

Alongside Stardust, I’ve always loved The Golden Compass. It’s fantasy, but also with that old-timey steampunk science feel, which is so fun and surprisingly difficult to find! 

Mortal Engines also has the same kind of feel, and it was such an epic movie in every sense of the word. I’m a little sad that after all the work that went into it, it didn’t get a dedicated following or fan base, because I feel there’s so much potential in it. But at the same time, fandom tends to gather around media that has plenty of flaws for us to repair with gold, and there wasn’t much room for that in Mortal Engines. 

I’m going to put Jupiter Ascending here even though it technically fits with the sci-fi, because that section is long as fuck and also this movie has such a fantastic feel. Mila Kunis? beautiful. The CGI? beautiful. Eddy Redmayne? One of the best villain portrayals i’ve ever seen. The whole oedipal vibe he had was immaculate, as was their portrayal of reincarnation, and just. The world building. GOD. I get so weak for through world building. Also the fkn intergalactic bureaucracy when they’re basically at the space DMV? One of my all time favorite scenes in movie history. 

Horror

I have very little room in my life for horror. As I said, I have strong movie opinions, especially when it comes to horror movies. I don’t like how most of them rely on cheap jump scares and overused gore and gratuitous rape scenes, instead of, y'know, actual good writing. 

Which is EXACTLY why I adore It: Chapter 1 & 2. It has none of those things, but still manages to be so terrifying. They are my favorite horror movies, and I’m saying this as someone who has genuine childhood trauma bc of the novel. Like. I couldn’t shower/take baths alone until I was almost 10 T_T When I was 6-7 and saw kids play by storm drains, I would run over screaming about how Pennywise was going to get them. Like, I had issues man. I was terrified to see the first one, and wouldn’t go until I could go with my best friend after she had already seen it, so she could warn me when something scary was about to happen 😂

And, one of my favorite aspects of the movie, and the thing that gave me Mad Respect for Any Muschietti? The way he filmed Bev and her father. They have a character who is literally being molested, but they never once have to show it. And yet their interactions are still so viscerally upsetting to watch. Sexploitation puts me off of most horror, and the fact that Muschietti doesn’t use it here, even when it would be actually somewhat justified? *chef’s kiss*. I love him. 

I love horror as a concept, I’m just really picky about it because I expect the writing to be good. I don’t like short cuts. But in a lot of cases, even if I don’t enjoy the movie itself, I love to watch analysis videos on youtube! I love to see the philosophy and symbolism in different horror movies, even if i don’t like to watch the movies themselves. It’s a fun hobby.

- people drop from the sky to get to hell, more importantly without clothes which means each flippin person has to get specially made clothes for their weird demon bodies like sir pentious needs clothes to fit his snake body and stuff... idk just interesting

- the place beside the “we couldn’t come up with a catchy slogan but we sell hardcore drugs” building is called “begg slut”

- imagine dying, going to hell, and realize that you’re an egg

- egg #23 is the best

-one of the eggs like does a weird walk thing with their hand on sir pentious’ tail

-Cherri Bomb’s clothing is so asymmetrical and I love it like she is literally wearing a high-heel boot on one leg and like a tiny shoe on the other

- I think they changed Alastor’s knock but I’m too lazy to check

- They fixed Alastor’s disappearing monocle

- I like that the mic has an eye sometimes it’s cool (how many “sentient-ish” things does Alastor’s have, first the shadow and now this)

- Alastor can teleport at least short distances and he appears as the shadow for a second

- They really make Alastor a very animated character and I love it

- (we knew this already but) Alastor clearly puts himself on a different level than the other sinners, he thinks of himself as justified and better (he doesn’t say “us sinners” he says “loathsome sinners” w/o him in the picture)

- Valentino, Rosie, Lilith (obviously), the girl from the porn studio, and the tv head dude (Vox, thanks @lavipsi) are all some of hell’s “strongest demons”

- TV head (Vox) is in the middle and top so he must be very powerful and behind him there’s also a green and red demon that reminds me of the wolf/fox demon from the bar scene

- Husk is very blocked out by Vaggie’s face but he’s clearly in the picture with Alastor (it looks like a fight but I don’t want to assume) like we know they know each other and stuff but it’s just weird that Husk is in the art when Vaggie says he’s “a dangerous Blahblah” and has entire speech of how dangerous he is

- I love the symbols that float up when Charlie isn’t looking and then the squeak as he turns to a more “innocent-like” Alastor when Charlie looks back

- Alastor rolls his eyes at Charlie when she says “No trickster, voodoo strings attached.”

- Talked about this before but the way his smile gets wider when Charlie says “for as long as you like”

- Why does Charlie have at least 2 posters about alcohol up if she didn’t want it in her hotel?

- I love how Niffty comes in and her bug-like noise when she appears

- You can see their reflection in Niffty’s eye during the closeup and Charlie is too adorable in it, Angel and Vaggie look ready to kick her out XD

- Everybody’s reactions to Niffty rambling on is beautiful, just watch them go from defensive to confused

- Alastor just following Niffty’s every movement as she zooms around

- Please tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t immediately see Husk as a cat? I honestly thought he was a dog for a while because he looks sort of like a Husky and his name is Husk, which got me thinking about the contradictions with Alastor not liking dogs... then I realized Husk was a cat.

- “are you sh!tt!ng me” “no I don’t think so” and “you think I’m just some clown” “..maybe” are some of my favorite lines

- Was I just supposed to know that on the bottom of Alastor’s boots (shoes? Hooves?) there were deer prints?

- So did Alastor really just teleport two sinners and basically copy part of the bar Husk was at and it’s just going to be there forever? Like you can see where the bar’s like territory ends because it’s walls are green while the hotel’s is red

- No like seriously Alastor you can copy a part of a bar but you can’t make the walls match the rest of the hotel’s walls?

- Husk seems slightly taller than Alastor

- Also Husk also has yellow teeth and if we go by Alastor’s teeth are yellow because he’s a cannibal, Husk might have been a cannibal when he was alive

- Husk clearly knows Alastor, he’s not afraid of him (to an extent, he was still a little shaken by the... Sir Pentious thing). Husk obviously voices his complaints without restraint and isn’t afraid of Alastor hurting him (I guess), and even when he was shaken up he was still the second person to follow Alastor back to the hotel.

- The entire relationship between Husk and Alastor is very intriguing to me! Husk doesn’t fear Alastor, Alastor called him a friend (obviously another jab at Husk but still), and they were in the same picture when Vaggie talked about Alastor being dangerous. I’m guessing they were probably friends once, maybe the picture is them both fighting another demon or fighting each other in like a fall-out.

- Vaggie is very exaggerated when she’s complaining about the bar and it’s beautiful

- Husk in the background as a still image just chugging booze is beautiful

-Angel’s angry face as Vaggie complains about the bar just before he leaves to lunge at her is beautiful and my favorite face

- 27:46 Alastor flipping FLUTTERS HIS EYES AT VAGGIE and you can hear a small sound effect of it and I just thought that was beautiful

- At the same moment Charlie is just rubbing her cheeks and it’s cute

- Right before Alastor starts singing, he throws some red... fire in the air and Charlie follows it with her eyes and she just so awed by it

- The fireplace in the background has an eye and a top hat above it and it just reminds me of Sir Pentious

- Alastor’s song has so many Friends on the Other Side vibes and I love it

- There are so many Christian symbols (and Satanic symbols) in the background of this song and I just don’t want to spend that time looking at each one :l

- Alastor’s shadow is also here further nailing the Friend on the Other Side vibe (not to mention the other shadows and voodoo doll things)

- Poor Niffty, she should never get hurt

- When Sir Pentious is talking and it shows the chibi characters, Charlie, Angel, and Niffty are looking at Alastor and when it zooms in for a split second Angel’s face is the most innocent bab ever

- There’s a building in the background with (again) one eye and a top hat, there’s also a cat building right next to it

- You can see heaven as a planet with a halo...

- There’s also a sun(?) or moon(?) or planet(?) with a pentagram on it

- I know that Egg Boi #OUCH is just a joke, but what if after 666, Sir Pentious just started giving them stupid names like that?

- Again, religious symbols float around Alastor that I’m not going to look into because I’ve taken so much time T_T

- Niffty is actually unfazed by Alastor summoning tentacles and destroying Sir Pentious’ ship. Really she has a normal smile and face and she immediately follows Alastor when he walks back to the hotel

- Angel is still flirting with Husk

- Charlie reassuring Vaggie is adorable

- Are we not going to talk about the carousel and gigantic steam boat that’s just protruding from the hotel

- I also love how the windows at the top of skull designs <3

- There’s an eye on the top of the building and the sign of Happy/Hazbin Hotel could also look like a top hate (why are there so many one-eyed top hats like Sir Pentious’...?)

- Stay tuned TM

- Not from me but, Alastor changes the name to Hazbin Hotel and Hazbin means something that was great before but is terrible now or something that is meaningless

- So Alastor liking terrible jokes is now canon? The dad joke thing wasn’t just a stream thing, it’s actually canon?

- Alastor actually has a red ‘X’ on his forehead, you can see it right after he destroys Sir Pentious’ ship

- The art in the credits shows Cherri Bomb having a tattoo

- I would like to talk a little about the design that’s in the background during the credits. So in the middle is an apple that’s being held by two sharp hands, there are three snakes coming out of it with only one snake fully out but still seems to have originated from the apple. The snake that’s completely out is on the top and has some designs around it that emphasize it, making it look more like a king (the devil, duh). The other two snakes are going down (probably referencing Adam and Eve maybe? Even though they also seem evil I just think of Adam and Eve.) Under them is another snake head. There are two sets of eyes around the top snake, one set has a line going down the middle of each eye like a scar while the bottom set has eyelashes. Even though the bottom set looks more “girly”, it reminds me of Lucifer because of the dots under them. If you want to grasp at straws the complete bottom snake’s tongue sort of looks like the bottom part of the symbol of Lucifer. The three snakes that clearly originate from the apple in the middle can also look like “Three snakes and one charm” if you squint. The symbol above the top snake looks like the infinity symbol combined with the cross, but it’s not the leviathan cross, so maybe just eternal... crucifixion?

- The smoke coming from the pit that Alastor made has souls in it

- I think #23 is depressed because he really wants to be shot... and he was just sitting there next to a bunch of dead hims

- Vivziepop said on a stream something about Lucifer being “generally goofy, but it depends on his voice” or something like that, please correct me if I’m completely wrong. This makes me things that Lucifer is going to have multiple voice actors.

-The Loading Crew “Everything We Know About Hazbin Hotel” brings up a point that it seems like the only things that can kill demons and sinners are the Exterminators’ weapons which are sometimes left behind that demons scavenge, Vaggie also appears to have one. I recommend watching his video, it’s very quick but also brings up points I haven’t addressed.
