I'm in the middle of making character sheets for everyone, so here's a little WIP.

There is a chance you would be able to pet the Old One, but it would depend on a few things.

If a sibling comes seeking His Dark Eminence, they must knock three times on the wooden door of His old stable on the church grounds. If there is no response, the sibling is not invited to enter. If they go inside His stable without an invitation, they will likely not come back out.

However, if the sibling hears a soft 'enter' behind their ear in a disembodied whisper, they may come in.

Now, this is where it gets a bit complicated. The way the interaction with Santana's is going to go is dependent upon the form He is showing himself in.

He will some times choose this based on the needs of the sibling. For example, if the sibling is in distress or emotionally vulnerable, He will likely show Himself as a goat laying in the hay. He will rarely speak like this, but He will listen to the sibling and allow them to touch his coat if they wish. He's very warm, and His fur smells like burning oak and frankincense. It is common for younger siblings and children especially to fall asleep against Him after they cry to their Lord, soothed by His pseudo heart beat.

If Satanas presents Himself to the sibling in the shape of a man- as The Unblessed Archbishop Inimicus, you are to bow before entering and address him by his full title. His horns are crowned in an array of flowers that Primo would some times have the privilege of arranging when speaking with the Old One. His robes are so black that his head may even appear to be floating depending upon the lighting in the stable. He is one of the more unsettling Lords, as he reaches nearly the full height of the stable as he towers within his altar space. His presence is so indescribable, but the best way that I can attempt to explain it is uncanny, but not always unsettling. He is a higher being.

This is the form he takes when interacting with the high clergymen. This is the form that terrifies the church. So, getting to pet him like this isn't very likely. But the funny thing about Satanas, even as a grumpy, tired old goat, is that he likes to keep you guessing and surprise you. Archbishop Inimicus may allow you to pet his nose and feed him treats. But the goat may charge you and impale you with his horns. This has happened not only to siblings before, but to one of the other Lords as well. I'm not naming names. A sibling should not assume their Lord's intentions, nor should they even attempt to come into His presence if their own are ill. Even if Satanas appears to those who are evil, those who are truly deserving of it, will have their blood spilled at his hooves.

He really likes sweet wines and oats, but specifically Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars. He would definitely let you pet for those bitches.
