Solar punk and cottage core have me feeling some sort of way

- as an apartment dweller in the middle of (a comparatively small) city, I’ve really been yearning for a return back to nature and missing the property among the mountains and along a river that I got to spend five years of my childhood on.

We have a mini garden on our balcony, but not enough regular sun or shade (depending on the season) to effectively grow much - particularly for eating and I’m really feeling the nostalgia for the lemon orchard and giant pecan tree I had access to as a small child.

Really missing the fresh air and view from Dove Lake. I’m already planning a hiking & caravan trip for later this year/early next year once COVID-19 has calmed down and sate borders open back up
