MAZANITA GLASS HOUSE VENUE

Difference concept that can be use for the hall ↴

Welcome to Mazanita Glass House that located in San Sequoia or where ever u prefer. I'm Chief Director of this venue, wants to give some venue tour of our Mazanita Glass House Venue. A venue that u can use in all occasion not just wedding.

We provide difference concept for "the hall" that u can customize to fit on what ever occasion. Btw the wall is an automatic wall (pretend it has) that u can have the hall more space. Its has an up stairs there a toilet and a changing room (don't ask me why there no photo of it 😂 ) thank you.

Owh, before i'm getting old, this build was inspired from a real building that located at my country, but if u know me, i change everything interior and exterior except the Glass wall concept. And please ignore the layout that i use for tour its not in San Sequoia lol.

Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Description

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

V.1: Silent Pines, 1998 Special Credit: Silent Pines is heavily inspired by and uses a very similar style to the stunning @windbrook savefile by @folkling, the gorgeous portsim savefile by @florwal, and the amazing builds by @moonwoodmillz. Thank you all for your hard work, I take a lot of inspiration from you all. Silent Pines is a base-game only save file inspired by Life is Strange with 3 major worlds, a whole new set of townies, and a complete mystery to solve.

Version 1 contains;

Willow Creek as Silent Pines

13 Community Lots

3 move-in ready homes for your sims

A total of 9 houses, 6 of which are filled with townies

18 households with jobs, story, and drama

A complete mystery to solve (should you want to)

I used S4Studio to rename all the worlds, and I've decorated all the neighbourhoods with T.O.O.L. As I said before, Silent Pines is completely base-game friendly, absolutely no packs or kits are used. There is some custom CC, mainly posters that add to the story. The CC is one package file and adds nothing other than some customisation to the story. It is not required.

For example the missing poster of Cleo Emerson, a girl who disappeared under mysterious circumstances;

School Playhouse

Hi eveyone!

The new theme of the playhouse set is "School". Isn't it cute for our little ones to play in different themed playhouses? And @noideabutsims and I have great ideas and plans for this. So stay tuned.

In addition to the playhouse, decors and items such as the activity table (my favorite item), and the craft table, which you can use functionally with "PandaSama's Toddler Creativity Pack", are also included in the set.
