tell me lies is fuckin nuts! it’s an actual horror film that takes place in 2007. it’s the absolute worst parts of college that you hope nobody ever has to experience including toxic masculinity, TRAUMA, homophobia, IMMENSE gaslighting, severe lack of mental health awareness. how do these freshmen afford to drink sooo much? how have they not failed their classes? where are all the people of color? every single character fuckin sucks and treats everyone else like shit, yet their friendship some how manages to survive well after graduation? they are literally all so fake lol

OH and stephen demarco is a fuckin serial killer—perpetual serial killer face—the fact that literally every single character is being manipulated by him throughout the entirety of the series is insane! my heart goes out to anyone who chose to start watching and can’t stop until they finish.
