We’ve learned that Demoman will instantly fall in love with anything that can talk. Engie has to compete for his attention with the following: -Eyelander -his own internal organs apparently -the PA system (not Helen) -an answering machine -Siri -one of those talking smoke alarms, which he sets off on purpose but they can be married under unicorn law

They only ever fight about fundamental laws of physics because Engie is open to new math and Demo is very “MATH is MATH!”

Engie can learn languages in a week so he becomes fluent in Scots Gaelic real quick as a gesture of commitment and accidentally ends up being able to speak more than Demoman can.

Demo is a very good kisser and Engie is Bad At It. It bothers him because he's not supposed to be Bad At anything. But he is good at picking Tavish up despite his size and carrying him around like a cat. They very sweet!!!

Some Florian and Kieran for an AU I have!

The red writing on the maps and notebooks is Florian’s and the blue writing is Kieran’s.

I was coming up with AUs the other day and I thought: what if Florian didn’t lie to Kieran? The two of them never had a fallout in this AU and end up being BBA besties who’re trying to help Ms. Briar figure out who Terapagos is for her research — and also advert an alternate timeline initiation that Juliana foresaw in the reflections on the walls of Area Zero while simultaneously powering through assignments and tests and living the full BBA experience. More to come on that later though…!

TIL the ESO team sometimes has capture artists create actual in-game assets themselves.

For context, a capture artist in game design is someone who may be responsible for in-game promotional imagery wherein they compose a scene with game assets and characters to convey a specific visual or scene. Eg. Below is a game capture and scene composed by capture artist Sam Harry

I did not know their job required they do more than *just* utilize existing art and game assets for their work. For example a capture artist may be tasked with creating an in-game art asset such as a sketch or map.

This was very surprising to me, but it makes sense given capture art itself is an art form, so of course these artists would be capable of producing original art and assets.

Above is such an example. It is a treasure map.
