Marine Biologist!Yuu: Oh for the love of... Idia what are you reading? Male Mers don't lay eggs. They certainly can't give them to me either. Females have eggs. I presumably have eggs already in my body. If they did put eggs in me they wouldn't be fertile without sperm and if they are already fertilized then they wouldn't be genetically mine. They would be clones and at that point I'd only be a place to warm them which they wont need.

Idia: Okay, but what if you end up with a whole bunch of fish babies.

M.B!Yuu:(sighs) Once again not going to happen. My capacity of carrying would be limited to the number of eggs my body would release at once which is an average of 1-2. My body would simply give up at any sign it can't handle said resulting pregnancy before I even knew it had happened. And no it won't be an egg because I'm not biologically wired to make a calcium or liquid encasement that can leave my body. The egg you are thinking about can't exist because that would mean a that the baby could survive independently of my body. Which it can't and won't.

Idia: You are breaking the heart of every monsterfucker with your mean logic.

(There are many benefits to being a Marine Biologist. Monsterfuckerery logic is not one of them. There is no Ovipositor on men. Also that's mainly for insects and only a few fish. Not sorry.)
