The mental journey I had surrounding Martin in season one was so funny. So in DHMIS (Don't Hug Me I'm Scared is the extended name) I saw the song about there being a worm in everyone's brains, and how they represent all the negative thoughts in your head that can make you stressed, sad, angry or scared.

My worm is called Marcus, and normally he's quiet and mainly vocalises in loud and crowded areas, but recently he's become more vocal than ever! Except now he vocalises that I am a bad person, that my college friends will abandon me, that I am bad friend, that I don't deserve the people I'm close to and, that I don't deserve happiness. I have spoken to my friends about this all, I've also told my dad, my sister, and my personal development tutor, and they've all been super supportive. My dad is trying to find the source since he's worried about me, obviously, my sister is there for me to talk to on certain times when I'm not in college and Marcus gets vocal, my personal development tutor is sending over reading materials to help me out and, my friends are being a good source of support to me: they've even come up with techniques to do when they notice something's up.

It just makes me super happy to have them all when my worm is an absolute jerk.
