working through my backlog of unposted stuff - new character design for a campaign i started about a month ago!

this is amalthea io tiafisira veratrum-melith'anea, or thea for short. she's a half-elf swashbuckler rogue, one of many members of a particularly backstabby noble house who have recently been through some serious upheaval.

now thea just needs to survive most of her family being out to get her, while dealing with the fact she recently discovered her parents aren't her birth parents - and she isn't a true descendant of her house after all.

I just think that Oliver (and later Thea) kept in contact with Walter after everything/Walter and Moira broke up. I think that Thea and Oliver called Walter (or vice versa) on the anniversary of her passing or the queen’s gambit to check up on each other. I think he’s invited to every birthday party and celebration and likewise/vice versa. I think they all got together every once in a while. I think Oliver stayed with Walter for a weekend after Felicity and Oliver broke up. I think William knows so many embarrassing stories about Oliver because of Walter. I think Walter visited Oliver in prison. I think Walter got a random knock on the door from a sobbing Thea to say that Oliver was gone and I think they hugged and cried for the brother and once stepson they had lost. I think Thea and Roy visited him whenever it was safe for them to do so. I think they all had holidays/celebrations at his house. I think Felicity called Walter when Mia started using British terms/having a British accent/etc because she watched Bluey and Felicity didn’t know what the fuck some of the stuff her kid was saying. I think Mia grew up calling him Uncle Walter.

If you want context for the alternate version, blahblahblah Turandot has always been a controversial play in China because of misrepresentation, so there would be two sides to a Chinese classical musician’s opinion of Turandot
