Fitness goals are a journey! Body goals are a journey and I’m still on mine. Fitness is not just muscles, but it is cardio endurance, heart health (bpm), agility, flexibility, and speed. A good PT session should include all of that. Your heart rate should get better, your breathing should get better, you should burn fat and build muscle. You should notice your balance and speed should pick up and you should become more flexible. I’m essence, you should get more athletic; Your results should be be visible and physical.
