Thanks to @spnscripthunt three production drafts to season 12 episodes are available - 12x18 Memory Remains, 12x19 The Future, and 12x20 Twigs & Twine & Tasha Banes.

The fans are discussing the scripts and there's a lot, but so far these bits seem to be talked about the most:

The scene when Cas tries to return the mixtape. Dean "softening a bit" and his line "that was a gift. To keep."

A scene, in which Jack shows Cas a bunch of visions including his mother Kelly on the beach, Sam running, Dean being happy and thanking Cas, and Cas - shirtless and with his wings back.

Dean calling Cas a "super strong dude in a trenchcoat."

A confirmation that Cas had a room in the bunker (despite the actors' having said otherwise).

Cas giving some backgroung regarding the history of the nephilim.

Cas telling Dean his "emotional truth" and how Dean "gets that."

Cas and Kelly being called "modern Joseph and Mary."

And, last but not least, Dean shoving Cas against the wall and stripping the Colt from his hand, because why wouldn't he.
