Strangely, when we got to the point where I sent them my shipping information (didn’t actually pay yet), they disappeared for, like, a week. I sent them a follow up email during that time but still no response. I was ready to give up but decided to send one more email a couple days later...and then they responded again. Not sure what happened there but glad I tried one more time! After that, they sent me their PayPal info, I paid them, they shipped it and sent me the tracking number, and it arrived soon after.
