Please help my mother start out of an abusive relationship.

I'm no longer in the household so I'm safe, but she and my siblings aren't. A few days ago, my stepfather, her husband, was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing after threatening to kill her friend, and it's not the first time he's made these kinds of threats to everyone around him. He's gotten increasingly violent and aggressive over the years. There's nothing I'm more scared of than him skimping his charge and walking free and potentially hurting her or my siblings. Please help her start the process of getting herself and my siblings away from him. I know this post is an absolute mess but she really needs your help.
