As to  your questions, we will finally see Bucky and Tony go at it in the next chapter (I was going to have that earlier, but I need to get Steve and Bucky to an, ahem, deeper understanding, before I put Bucky in front of Tony Stark - at which point they’ll talk about the arm and about Steve and Clint and all that good stuff. 

Whatever else happens with Skye and Maria, they are going to become total business bros (Bucky too) and with Skye’s mad computer skills, Winterhill & Partners becomes one of the most sought-after security consulting firms in the tri-state area :D
