🌟 — When your OC loses all hope, who do they turn to first? What helps make them feel better? What calms them down and reassures them? Why?

Eden: Raul has always been some sort of an inspiration. She admired the old man’s resolve and the need to be needed, in a way, after all he’s been through. She wishes she’d be as resilient as him sometimes. She rarely lets out her insecurities, and only her closest ones can see her in a moment of weakness. She’s usually the one who brings hope to others, being a kind soul in the Wasteland, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her dark days. Seeing the harsh reality of the land she lives tries her resolve every day. She asks herself many time if being kind actually matters in a world like this, if people will actually come to appreciate it. She remembers her mother though, who taught her to be the woman she is now. Her father too, with all his bad jokes and smiles. And later on, even Benny.

Hazel: Her older sister was always the first person she ran to with her troubles. Amélie was always there to have her back, to reassure her, to cry with her when needed. Later on, it’s Albert, with all his clumsiness and dorky smiles, he loves her unconditionally and is thankful for him every single day. He’s been a constant support, even through the darkest days, with the death of her father that almost made her took her own life, never judging her for her breakdowns, offering his shoulder to cry on. She doesn’t sometimes understand how he can put up with her, but she owes him her life. Quite literally.

🌙 — If your OC could have one wish come true what would it be and why? Would there be consequences to this wish or would they regret it once they get what they want? What would they give in return for this wish to come true?

Eden: She would wish for the world to be a better place. She’d wow to end all violence in the Wasteland. She’d make it so that the Strip would be accessible to everyone and would provide better security for small-time farmers living on their own. She cares about the people around her a great deal - even those she doesn’t know that well. She knows though, with a bitter heart, that something like peace is perhaps unachievable in the Wasteland. Yet, she will never stop trying.

Hazel: Sometimes she wishes her mother would still be alive, but she knows wishing for something like that could end even worse in the result. She feels like she already has everything - a loving family, a nice house with a garden. If she made a wish, it would be so that other people can be as happy as she is.

❄️ — What makes your OC sad, so sad that they can’t help but cry all day? How do they cheer themself up? Does their sadness upset any of their loved ones too?

Eden: The first time she killed a man still haunts her. It was in self-defense, that’s what she keeps telling to herself, but her innocence died that day. She doesn’t enjoy killing, but her situation made her do it almost without hesitation, in order to survive. That’s the saddest thing she can think of and when it hits her, it hits her hard. She knows the best way to stop crying is to stop thinking about it, but it’s always a hard thing to do. She often goes on a long, lonely ride to clear her mind. Might drink a bottle or two or smoke a cigarette to calm her nerves, but she generally prefers being alone in times like these.

Hazel: The death of her mother hit her hard. She and Amélie carried on the business in the apothecary, but it was never the same. Her father becoming a criminal and running with a gang broke her heart. What was even worse - he did it to support his family. After the apothecary burned down they didn’t have much money to go on and this was the way he decided to deal with the situation. Hazel forgave him a long time ago, either because she knew that deep down, he still loved his daughter, or because of the day they hung him for his crimes. She was able to recover thanks to Amélie and Albert. He’s the one who is usually able to calm her down. Otherwise, she might take a stroll in her garden, talking about her problems to the plants - she knows they won’t judge. She usually prefers to cry her sadness away, but seldom likes being alone during these situations.

🕊️ — Would your OC ever get married or are they already wed? If they’re married, describe what their wedding was like! If not, describe their ideal wedding (or do this if you feel like it anyway!)

Eden: (cringe zone but!) She and Benny get married after a while. Eden wanted a small ceremony, but Benny insisted on a big, luxurious one, at the Tops casino, with many of his contacts present as guests. Eden wasn’t quite sure whether to invite her family, because she was afraid of their judgement (not every day you get married to a man who failed to shoot you into the head, after all), but managed to persuade them to come anyway. She has a honeyed voice and not even her own parents can say no to her sometimes.

Hazel: She and Albert got married while her father was still alive - he saved a lot of his shares from the gang for that occasion. It was a nice and modest ceremony - Hazel wore a simple, but pretty dress and an opulent flower crown in her hair. It’s still her favourite day in her entire life.

🍼 — Does your OC have any children or want children? What names would they pick? Are they good with kids or a complete disaster?

Eden: Later on, she gives birth to twins, Amy and Benny Junior (who goes by BJ). She’s pretty good with kids, and even though Benny is an absolute disaster at first, he really tries his best (but generally just spoils his kids rotten because he can’t say no to them).

Hazel: She and Albert have a daughter, Ophélie, named after her mother. They both take turns taking care of the little one, so it’s not just Hazel doing all the work. They also take little Ophélie with them on the trips to the nature (only the less dangerous ones, of course).

🦋 — If your OC could change everything (or just something) about their life would they? What would they change? What do they think would happen if they did? What would their loved ones think?

Eden: She sometimes thinks how different would her life go if she didn’t decide to be a courier. Then, maybe against all better judgement, she comes to a conclusion she wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Hazel: She already feels like she’s the happiest person she could be. In the past, she could maybe wish for her parents to be still alive, but now she knows all the hardship made her the person she is now. Her only regret is seeing her own sister sharing her demise with her.

💐 — Does your OC like flowers? What are their favourites? Do they keep a garden of some sort? What flowers would they use in a flower crown? (and if you like, research the meanings behind those flowers!)

Eden: She loves collecting all sorts of flowers she finds in the Wasteland, drying them out - she has her own collection of pressed flowers. She used to have a garden back at the ranch she was raised in, though it was mostly her mother’s and she only helped around. She sometimes adorns her cowboy hat with flowers, or flower crowns, and if they were still available in Wasteland, she would use sunflowers, poppies and dandelions!

Hazel: She’s an amateur botanist and a gardener, so she definitely loves flowers! She loves all different sorts of them, but her favourite ones are probably common wildflowers. She finds them quite pretty and often adorns her hair with them. Her favourite would probably be daisies!

🏡 — Describe your OCs ideal house! Give us a tour around! What’s their garden like? Their bedroom? Kitchen? Where is it and how many people live there?

Eden: She lives at the Tops with Benny! They have the whole presidential suite for themselves and their children and Eden spent quite a lot of time decorating it with flowers and adding more colour to it. She’s especially fond of yellow curtains she sew herself - they make sunsets look beautiful.

Hazel: She and Albert live in a nice cozy house in Lemoyne, with a spacious garden and a greenhouse she spends a lot of her time in! They prefer living alone this way, and she often takes walks through the surrounding fields. The house isn’t particularly big, with a small but cozy kitchen, two bedrooms and a guest room (for when Amélie and Molly visit them). Hazel cares a great deal about decorations, especially flowers, and Albert’s photographs adorn the walls.
