UGH I just love Bagi and Badboy interactions so much. They play off one another so good with getting into the philosophical debates. One can't really say one or the other is right so they're just constantly going in circles. Badboy knows this and he loves arguing and talking in circles so it's such good enrichment for him and Bagi just gets someone to really test her mettle against and I think in a way affirm her own beliefs in herself. They don't bring out the best or worst of each other it just feels like they bring out MORE of each other.

Hrgh They just are so good with each other, their debates and talks are just so nice to listen to just because it is really thoughtful and makes you think. Then Bad teases Bagi but also asks her to explain herself on WHY and Bagi also ALWAYS takes Bad seriously and I think I really love her for that. Bad's the kind of person to wrap up what he says in lies and truths then lies again but he can't really do that with Bagi. She always takes what he says seriously but at the same time thinks he's lying to her and they just hrgh, they play off of each other so much and their wit together is so good, they bring out such thoughtful quiet discussions and arguments and just bring out MORE of each other. I love them a lot.

I’m a big fan of the potential of a Molly and Arthur friendship because they’re incredibly similar thematically but as people they have almost nothing in common. #BG3 Musing #they are very important to me #like if you say all the druids are assholes i am going to slap an asterisk next to that sentence #i saw a fic at one point refer to rath as 'spineless' and i was like ah yes spineless - the only man standing directly up to kagha #nettie tries to kill you if you aren't straight with her? as far as she knows you are one step away from turning into a mindflayer #and killing the lot of them - the option she offers you when you are reasonable is *logical* #and apikusus is openly refusing to help with kagha's regimen and sending birds to find halsin #there's the other druid in the enclave that is talking a big game of defense but not doing much else #than trying to calm down that racist elf #the shopkeeper is unfortunately very apathetic and defensive #the rest of them are varying levels of hostile #kagha herself is an interesting case because *again* she's a very clear example of what propaganda can do to people #who are already in positions where they can be taken advantage of - it's easy to argue that you would never fall victim to that #but don't make me tap the sign #she's *very* apologetic and begs for mercy if you *do* break her out of the shadow regimen #i'm not saying she was in the *right* - especially if arabella dies - but i am saying it's a really good narrative metaphor lesson
