1. What would her reaction to kratos be?

okay!! I WAS LITERALLY JUST TALKING TO THE FELLAS ABOUT THIS!! I guess it depends on like, when she met him? In the 'canon' for her, she was also locked away when Tyr was, and released either just after or just before he was.

I think she'd hate him, and rightfully so? Especially once she's found out all her family are dead and what he did to her dad-- plus what he did to heimdall (she knew that he was a bad person, but lvoed him like a son). After a while she'd warm up to him in a way where she woudl tolderate him, but would quietly simmer because she's an olympian OKAY. i think she wouldn't mind atreus, and eventually grow fond of him -- but always hold him at arms length because of kratos.

2. What kind of dad is Helios (to her)?

Helios as a father i think was very... Olympian ? she had a decent relationship with him when she was a child, and has fond memories of going with him on his chariot. Due to her bethoral, and her parents refusal to help or even lack of acknowledgement that they were sorry that she didn't want this, i think reallt drove that wedge between them, even when she visited home and even in death she would never truly forgive them, even if she's happy with how her life turned out.

DO I EVER okay she oil paints, her and tyr and the ultimate power couple and a lot of her story revolves around that struggle of not wanting/being in that typical woman role -- and her struggles with the fact that she is happy and loves her husband but never wanted this. Especially since tyr is slay and obvs wouldn't stop her from doing her own thing/being a badass warrior and also diplomat, most of her achievements were dubbed as his -- and that frustrates her to no end.

Her, freya and Sif were the odinsons wives and were besties -- Because her and tyr refused to have kids (didn't want them to be used as odins pawns/not giving him half jotunn/norse god/olympian powerful little shits) there was a rumour she was infertile (she's half the goddess of fertility? what a fuckin insult) anywya she had beef with freya over what she did to baldur, warning her that he would grow to hate him and freya turned around and said like 'what do you know of being a mother?' (cutting deep in reference to the heimdall thing, and also the fact that she wanted children but didn't want to in the situation) anyway in typical olympian goddess fashion, she held a grudge and still holds said grudge.

i love the contrast of tyr and jules, they are both powerful and so cool and suit each other so well. I also love the tripe of badass kinda bitchy woman and a simp for husband.

Her and Tyr are super domestic and cute and i cannot describe how dearly i lvoe them. In my mind, when they met she was super... olympian. and he was maybe kind of like, unsure how to stand up to Odin? and when they met and got married and stuff, they rubbed off on each other for the better? She started being a bit softer, seeing the kindness in the world and he started taking no shit from anyone -- god or otherwise.

Making a longer post about the Fnaf movie because holy FUCK I need to go off

Ahem

HOLY FUCK THAT MOVIE WAS FUCKING GREAT. Yeah there’s a lot of people saying it could’ve been better, and it probably could’ve with an R rating but even so they still did such an AMAZING FUCKING JOB with it. Casting was great, the animatronics were AMAZING and it was actually a really nice twist on the usual storyline. It basically acted as sort of a “Timeline Reset” in a way. Same characters, same idea, but a different execution. Overall, it was still really fucking good. Moving on, I want to talk about a certain cameo. That’s right, I’m talking about FUCKING MATPAT. THE MATPAT!? GAME THEORY!? I mean holy fuck I wasn’t ready but when he showed up on screen it actually felt natural. And when he said “That’s just a theory” (I shit you not, though if you’re reading this I guess you already knew, duh) I swear the theater silently went off, I was literally clenching my fists with my feet up. Going forward, there were so many other little references and small things scattered around the sets, dialogue, and tons of other shit. And another thing, I’ve already said before that I wanted a spring lock death and uh

I’ll admit it wasn’t as gory as in the novels (which are really good, check them out) but like I said, it was a PG-13 movie so they showed as much as they could. Also I remember the whole theater collectively thought of The Bite of ‘87 when that girl got cut in fucking half. That’s what you get for sticking your head in a giant robot ig. Uh what else do I say. Afton was done really well, I loved his role so much, the scene of the animatronics building the fort was a nice little bit (which felt just a teensy bit out of place for a horror movie but FNAF getting a movie was already bizarre enough) and I actually really liked it. PH O H OH YEAH I FORGOT but they put the fucking Living Tombstone song in the credits. I FUCMING LVOED ITTTT I forgot how good the song was. OH YEAH BALLON BOY. He wasn’t an animatronic but like a recurring gag. Like he was the first jumpscare in the movie (next to a flashlight ofc) and it caught everyone off guard. Next was in a closet which was also a shock. And finally they put him in the end credits and honestly I think Scott and everyone else really understood how annoying he was to deal with in 2. I could probably go on and on and ON about how much this movie hit me in all the right ways but I’m gonna save that for a teblog sometime maybe.

Overall, great movie, brilliant homage, and overall I absolutely cannot wait for the sequel. I absolutely would go see it again over and over and over. If you haven’t seen it and you’re wondering whether you should, DO IT. Just DO IT.

i guess it would be that i was right when i pointed out that ango was taking a fucking long time to actually shoot atsushi and dazai knows him enough to know he struggled and wouldn't have shoot ?

but honestly the possibility of dazai having let himself open up to ango again and now having to deal with the same heartbreak and betrayal except much worse because back in dark era ango really was only a tool and cannot be hold responsible for any part of what happened while this time he actually took a decision and it was only lucky timing that saved a lvoed one of dazai from literally dying at ango's hand.... without even taking into account that this time too dazai is the one who brought ango in the inner circle of his life !!!

Thanks for the kind words for Kurdoss Valentian, I was so pleased with how the base turned out with him! The cobblestones were really simple to do actually, just rolled out some greenstuff flat (and left it around 2mm thick) then used the edge of a metal ruler to indent the lines in a random pattern to make each stone. Finally used the edge of a little rough stone and rolled it gently across the surface to give some texture and hey presto! Cobblestones complete!

I had those cobblestones ready for over a year before I used them, and have since bought some texture rollers from Greenstuff World so next time I make them should be even easier 🤞.

I was really impressed with the LVO reveals, lots of cool stuff coming out!

The new Eldar look just amazing (Maugan Ra, WOW!) and I love the new Nighthaunt character that’s coming in the AoS Battlebox.

But I totally lost my mind when they revealed the Necromunda Ash Wastes expansion. Damn, I cannot wait for that to come out! I’ve been on the outskirts (pun intended) of Necromunda since it was re-released a few years ago and have bought some of the minis and gangs, but the Ash Wastes is gonna have me going all in for sure.

I just wish I had more friends nearby who are in the hobby so we could get a proper campaign going. But I have managed to recruit two close friends in the new year and we are starting a 40K slow grow army collection (I’m using my GSC and my two friends are playing Astra Militarum and Dark Angels) so hopefully I’ll get to play in the future and might even get them into Necromunda too!

My painting time has disappeared to zero lately and will be like this for a few months sadly because of my new job, but I’m still mega motivated for hobby and am taking any chance I get to pick up the paintbrush.

at first kamu had some serious trouble with understanding how he felt for komaeda. like, he couldn't sleep for about a week, it bothered him that much. bc it happened gradually and the feeling started off super lowkey and then just started to take over his entire thought process. every time ko would walk into the room the analytic bullshit that was constantly running over his mind would just. come to a screeching hault and he never knew why

until he actually sat himself down and thought about it for like an hour

another thing was that he knew ko loved him back ( that was literally so fucking obvious it hu r t ) but when going to confess to him he couldn't help but fear rejection and kAMU DIDNT. EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT PART. HE WAS A BIG BALL OF AN EMOTIONAL MESS.

on the morning of her birthday, spencer has already left for work, and there, on the counter in the kitchen, sits a take-out cut of still, warm coffee, and neatly set beside it, a muffin in a brown bag from the bakery nearby. 

it’s very spencer, in perhaps the best way to describe the scene, there are, of course, presents waiting for her, along with two letters, familiar script curling in black ink across the envelopes’ fronts. 

‘jennifer’ the first envelope reads, a small heart drawn beside it.

there has been effort put into the letter, as is eveidneced by the fact spencer’s handwriting is unfailingly neat and there are no crossmarks and scribbles to show redrafting as he goes -- no, the letter is pretty much perfect, no doubt by meaning to be as such.

inside, on the simple lined paper, it begins:

‘jennifer,

this is the serious letter i wrote for you. one that i profess my love in and my adoration. which isn’t well expressed in words. i’m great with words -- i can recite you a dictionary, but i cannot find a single word in my mind to describe how exactly my feelings for you manifest. of course, they have been here for a longtime -- fifteen years...sort of amazing, isn’t it? we’ve known each other 15 years.

what’s more amazing is you. jennifer jareau, i love you -- i will always love you and i always have loved you. but just saying it doesn’t seem good enough. telling you how much you matter -- how you are my sun and moon and my stars, how you are my whole world, how much i adore you -- never comes out exactly enough to express how i feel.

under the first envelope was a seond, the writing just as neat on this one, but inside, the writing was, while not as perfected as the previous one, still lvoing and obviously cared about --

you’ve probably read the first letter, which i refrence as a ‘serious letter’. this is a direct oposit to that, as i wanted you to have a nice letter to show off, or soemthing. i don’t know, girls are weird about that, sometimes. this letter, as you can tell, is not as ‘serious’ as the other one and will be kind of rambling, for which i am sorry, at the moment of writing this, i have consumed two glasses of wine and it is nearing four am. so, a good refence point for my mental state is not exactly sober or sane. 

some of these jokes probably won’t even make sense, but i’m gong to tell you about them anyway -- because it’s 4am and i am giggling about them.

you’re turning 39 -- i know it’s rude, to ask a ladt her age, but you are 39, i know, because i was there when you turned 38 last year. since you’re older than me, does that make you a cougar, or are there specific age requirements to be considered that? someone once made a joke about emily being a cougar and i was confused, so morgan explained it to me. i don’t think you were there. 

anyway, i just wanted to remind you -- you’re older than me and prettier than me, which i know sounds kid of lame and probably fake, but i mean it. you’re really pretty. like really pretty. prom queen type, pretty.

that was why i was scared of you at first -- you kind of reminded me of alexa lisbon -- she was a jerk -- huge jerk. i used to like her, in high school. she wasn’t nice. and she was pretty, and popular. i just assumed, from experience, that all pretty, bubbly girls were the kind of girls alexa was. and i was wrong -- i’m glad i was wrong and got to know you, because you’re less regina george (garcia made me watch it once) and more belle from beauty and the beast(but no the original -- but the disney one).

either way, this is getting really long and i’m almost falling asleep writing so, i’m closing this letter.

then, there is the actual present, a box, square, wrapped in star wars paper (left over from christmas wrapping).

the first thing in the box is a box of choclates, once removed there are two other things in there, coffee (fresh ground from the nearby coffee shop), and a jewelry box, small and light blue. inside, on the batting is [a metal necklace], ordered offline, neatly tucked inside. a small post it note of the box’s lid explains it is a caffiene molecule.

there also is a small paper, not a letter, just a folded up piece of printer paper -- in spencer’s handwriting:

‘wear something nice. we’re leaving for dinner at six-fifteen pm, it’s a secret place. please wear comfortable shoes.’
