A cat so clever as magical Mister Mistoffelees

Happy Days of Mischief, everyone! Got off to a rocky start on day one as everything was broken. For me. (Still got some tickets, but some things were broken when I first checked it out.) I HAD to get the cat hair. (44 candles from what's-his-face in the Cackling Crab prison.) The ear parts clip through the top hat rather nicely. And with the right cape and pants, it kinda gives off a Mister Mistoffelees vibe! Complete with the Mischief Cat to pull out of a hat, or the firework staff to show off your magic moves. Would probably work even better with the cat cape and mask, but I'm kinda meh on that pack. Probably also star glasses, but I didn't think to get those during Days of Style. Oh well.

Speaking of cats, I nearly flipped upon finding the giant Mischief Cat chilling in a hidey hole. It doesn't do anything, unfortunately. Other than meow and lick its paw. And you can't pet it. >:[

I need a howl emote, like, right now.

Move over, Kiki! There's a new witch in town! And their name is Bat! But they don't do deliveries. Unless you ordered chaos and destruction.

Not entirely sure how I feel about Season of Revival. I feel like past seasons like Passage and Remembrance made me a little more emotional. But it is nice seeing past season Guides show up somewhere else. Though they don't seem to offer free hugs....but there is a comfy seat by this fireplace in the message shop!

And finally some shots of my final outfit combo from Days of Style. (I didn't participate in the last show that took place at the foot of Eden. Got a little burnt out.) I kinda look like a Jarl from Skyrim.

Also one of my favorite spirits was there, so of course I had to stop by and annoy them. :3

#misc #I encourage anyone dyslexic to try rotating him in your mind. I can’t do that; which is why I’m asking you to. #also: a bunch of tags are surprised this isn’t ‘shopped #it’s the lighting. backlit by the sun (which is diffused through the water) but also forelit artificially #the artificial light - a flash pack or something - casts a hard shadow under the creatures arm #which normally wouldn’t be possible if backlit by the SUN; you’d see a less-hard/more-fragmented shadow above water #as light sources ‘compete’ in a sense - and since there aren’t any light sources which can outshine the literal sun #it looks a bit weird when the darkest shadow is being cast from any other origin point - which is what’s essentially happening here #I don’t know the mechanics of how light travels through water; but I know the effect is substantial even with relatively short distances #also: it’s been balanced and color corrected by the author of the photo - who made deliberate choices to bring out the full potential #so it’s not like it’s a fresh and untouched export #but the kind of ‘tacked on’ appearance of the creature is a result of the lighting conditions within the image

We're not appreciating the Weird Barbie enough. It's said in the movie that she helps everyone who need help while they always see her as someone who's not as good as them. She was friends with all dismissed Barbies and Kens, was there to offer support and safe shelter for everyone who needed it in Kendom, without her nothing in the movie would've been alright. When Stereotypical Barbie calls her "ugly and unwanted" she still helps her.

She was representing a woman in women's world who was pushed aside by other women because she didn't fit in but still had more wisdom and kindness than everyone who thought they're better than her.
