#some of my friends are doing some intermediate fasting thing and like #what if instead u just eat when ur hungry and stop when you're not #tw diet chat #they made a separate disco server to chat about it but it still gets referenced every so often and I'm just like #You Don't Have To Do This #idk I have a somewhat fraught relationship with food anyway because ::gestures:: #and while diet chat is not exactly a *trigger* for me #it's not not a trigger yknow? #idk I have been so so much happier and more confident since I stopped caring about food being healthy or not #I eat a *lot* of garbage and I exercise never and I could probably stand to improve either of those #but also I don't eat food I don't like and my weight is extremely stable #if I've gained quarantine weight I haven't noticed #I'm unhealthy for lots of reasons but my diet isn't one of them #I just want my friends to love themselves as they are
