“EXCUSE ME?!” You slam your hands down on the desk while springing up from your seat, giving your captain the dirtiest look you could muster.

“No shouting during meetings Y/n you know better than that.” Jouno answered in an unimpressed tone to match his face.

“You shut your damn mouth!” You whip your head around in his direction as you flash him a hostile glare but he doesn't need to see your face to know just how angry his response made you though he seemed satisfied with your reaction, your raised heartbeat and body temperature was a big enough indicator. Fukuchi had the bright idea of sending you on a mission with the person you hated the most and that was Jouno of all your other fellow comrades it had to be him!

“Out of all of us, you two butt heads the most, it'll be a bonding experience! While Jouno may hate Tetcho but they still work together now it's just to get you two to work together.” Teruko gave you a sickly sweet smile but something was off about it. “unless, you’d like to argue with me on this.” her sweet smile quickly turned evil, one that you really shouldn't challenge, Teruko was someone you never want to argue with no matter what it's about. You straightened yourself back up and took your seat turning your head away from Jouno’s direction just looking at him makes your blood boil.

“Fine but if I come back with Jouno’s head on a stick, don't blame me.” You shrug. It was inevitable that the two of you were gonna have it out at some point during the mission. Everyone knew that they were just sad they didn't have a front row seat to the brawl.

“Bold of you to assume I won't return with your head on a stick.” Jouno retorted with a smirk it just made you see red.

“Why I otta-” Tetcho grabs your wrist to stop you from leaving your seat. “Tetcho, lemme at him! One smack and I'll be content!.” He didn't budge, his grip tightened and you sigh in defeat and slump back in your chair.

“What a pain.” Jouno retorts, you choose to ignore him this time.

“Let's get this over and done with, when do we leave?”

“How long do they believe we are gonna be on this mission that they actually booked a hotel.” you grumbled as the two of you headed to your room. Jouno was choosing to ignore you at this point, he hadn’t spoken a word since you both left for the mission. “I’m pretty sure ignoring me is cheating.”

He was persistent, unlocking the door the two of you entered seeing nothing but one bed, another doorway leading to the bathroom.

“Well this is nice.” Jono finally spoke, you scoffed looking at the room with utter disgust. He can’t even see the fact there is one bed. How can this be nice!

“You’ve got to be kidding me! That’s it, that's the last straw! You are on your own.” You turn to leave but he grabs hold of your upper arm with a tight grip.

“You’re not leaving. We have orders to complete this mission and you will complete it.” His tone was a warning but his face was a different story he always had that smile on his face one that could trick anyone into trusting him and letting their guard down but you knew better. Jouno was right you were going to stay because after weighing your options you’d rather be on the receiving end of his temper than Teruko’s at least with him you had a fighting chance.

“Let go of me.” You shove your arm out of his grip as you narrowed your eyes. “I’m sleeping in the tub. I would rather die than sleep in the same bed as you.” Stomping your way to the bathroom then you let out a frustrated groan. “THERE IS NO TUB!” followed by a thud. “Ow.”

“Fucking idiot.” Jouno scoffed.

The rest of the day went painfully slow as you and Jouno investigated the area before returning to the hotel room. He was constantly stepping on your toes, making you doubt your observations and then belittling you. You tried so hard to ignore and make do but you can only bottle up so much rage before exploding which has caused you to be pressed up against the wall with Jouno pounding relentlessly into you from behind. A mix of moans and insults from both you and him filled the room.

“Tch, is that really all you got?” You taunt, his grip on your hips tightened and his free hand went to your hair grabbing a fist full of it, yanking your head back causing you to inhale sharply with a smirk.

In fact, knowing that he’s hurting you was soothing his rage but every time you open your damn mouth his rage is fueled again and his thrusts were more harder than the previous one hitting all the right spots.

Jouno was challenging you, he wants to hurt you, he wants to ruin you and you want to hurt him too. You open your mouth to shoot him a snarky remark but before you can even get a word out he’s already shoved his cock down your throat making you choke and your hands fly to his thighs, squeezing your nails into his skin as hard as you can. “Oh did that hurt?” he mocks the tone you used earlier with false sympathy and you squeezed his thighs harder in response leaving crescent moon shapes in his thighs. Totally Spies! S1 E10-15

ok we watched these late last night while also a lil high so its a lil hazy. also we have found a new top contender for the worst episode. not for the usual reasons. here ya go

Ok so now that that's out of the way, I NEED to talk about the geopolitical implications of the totally spies! world. so we see a couple world maps in the episode "Aliens"

so i have a couple theories for this situation. the breaks in the countries vaguely correspond to real tectonic faults? and we see an earthquake generator in this episode that's the size of a radio? so im thinking since there's basically constant supervillian activities, this may be causing the faults to move rapidly. and also IS CALIFORNIA AN ISLAND??

despite this drastic geologic difference to our earth, we often see a lot of places in this show mostly unchanged. like. Mexico has been Fucked but we still see Mexico City. We see New York twin towers and all. And Beverly Hills of course. There are some made up countries like Kenyopia and Lirobia (i think) but its like. An excuse for them to use weird medieval middle eastern stereotypes for a modern day thingie i guess. There were some others but I'm not going back and watching past episodes. France and Peru and China all exist. Also, Ivy pointed out that the Great Wall of China is still there even though there's a sea there now? We're gonna start noting these things now.

I also have some stuff to say about the music but we'll save that for it's own post.

They’re huge annoyances to Dogwarts and it’s kinda like Grian screaming “SCAR NO” “SCAR PUT YOUR CLOTHES BACK ON” and they both disappear in two puffs of dust. So yeah I can definitely see spacetwt shipping them via the most blurry and low res videos. If those people can ship spaceships, they can ship everything.

I just had my own top surgery like 2 weeks ago and am still recovering, thought I would share some lil anecdotes with you;

You won't be allowed to shower for at least a day or two after surgery and after that you're not meant to let the incisions get super soaked. Its similar care to a fresh tattoo wrt bathing at that point.

It may not hurt as much as you may expect. Myself and several of my other friends have felt little pain and instead felt very stiff. I have chronic back pain that rests around 2-3/10 and to me it just felt like that same pain shifted to my chest. I was feeling fine enough to walk around a mall for 4 hours less than 36 hours after surgery.

As the person who reblogged your one post mentioned you will likely wanna be in shrimp mode for the first while. My nurse told me I could disengage shrimp mode after a week and start testing my range of motion passively (as in not lifting things, just moving my arms). Moving your arms or shoulders out of shrimp mode before your body is ready may send a jolt of pain that will help remind you to avoid that.

The tape they use over the incisions will fall off on its own or be taken off by your nurse on a follow up. The tape is evil and itchy and will leave a residue on your skin for weeks. You can try to remove it but you will have to be super careful as it will be directly beside if not on top of your incisions.

You will probably be constipated after surgery so you may want to consider how you would deal with that should the problem arise. You may also be nauseous for a day or two after. I personally tried to stick to food that wouldn't suck to throw-up like soups and oatmeal.

so last summer we took a family trip to a bunch of national parks in america. hiking, sightseeing, wildlife tours, photo tours... and white water rafting (wwr)

Now, I'm not adventurous, but i LOVE wwr, and it brings out my daring side like its my last day on earth. it's my family, plus i think 2 other parties, and one of those parties has these two middle school boys.

our guide and the boys are having fun messing with each other, and the guide offers everyone chances to like, go up to the front of the boat, sit on the edge, hold on for dear life, and the boys do it, and i won't be outdone by two infants who probably still think excrement-based humor is the pinnacle of comedy, so i also do it and love it. adrenaline is PUMPING i have never felt more alive, i have the biggest, wildest grin.

we reach a calm spot in the water, and the guide, who's been teasing/threatening the boys with teaching them about rapids classes the whole time, offers to do it now. he gets permission from them and their parents, and then one at a time, gets them out of the boat, holds tight to their life jackets, and starts dunking them underwater and pulling them back up, same number of dunks as class of rapids.

we're all a little shocked, but i was clamoring the whole time to also learn rapid classes, and, like i said, i am NOT going to be outdone by self-righteous munchkins. the guide really did not want to do it, lol, but i insisted, bc my absolutely BONKERS writer brain was going RESEARCH!!!!

my poor mother thought i was clinically insane, and she's probably right, but like, i'm fine, so.

anyway, that, folks, is the story of how i got myself consensually waterboarded so i could write about torture :)

Seriously, never, never, ever do that at home, though, people, like, do not. I'm giving y'all the notes I wrote the second I got my hands on my phone, so if you want to write about waterboarding or drowning, USE MY FIRSTHAND ACCOUNT NOT YOUR OWN!!

Dunked many times right in a row. Throat hurts, stomach hurts, nose runs, can't breathe, coughing, might feel like you wanna throw up. a few seconds of a break didn't help, you'll beg to stop. Barely any time to take in a breath, doesn't even help much. Frightening even when you are in control of situation. Water blinds you for a few seconds even if your eyes were closed. Disoriented and clumsy for a minute. All this was with someone going easy on me. Shivering and teeth chattering in even with water at 65ish degrees. Could maybe lead to hypothermia or get water in lungs. Being hauled into the boat scrapes you up a lil, especially if the person isn't being careful Going out of the boat you go under for a second, even with a life jacket. Hauled out/shoved down by shoulders of life jacket See water droplets in the corner of your eyes Might warm up a lil but you can get back to shivering even out of the water Hair still wet for a good while if longish Hands and knuckles start to hurt from holding onto the rope Might grit your teeth for a while Blasted heat makes it better but can also be hard to breath through your nose Chest might feel a lil sore

Q, you probably got SO much fucking more than you bargained for lmao, all I can hope is that I may have *inspired* you ;)

And as for N, yes. I desperately wish some writer fairy would just poof The Light Isn't Fadin' into completion, bc it was a hugely ambitious and nebulous project that I genuinely don't know what to do with, but that so many people have asked me about/told me they want to see continued that I kinda feel obligated now.

TERMINAL ENDERSMILE BRAINROT WOOO \o/ also yeah i totally agree that a reveal at the finale wouldn't make sense w how they work, but i'm torn on whether or not enderboo sees it that way. bc overall, i see the staredown the same as you! "its part of the plan, it'll be fine, no worries, we're still on track" bc seeing your buddy get yeeted twice unarmored is. awful. but enderboo's notes(do not read 2, pg 16-17 on wiki) he seems shocked by dream lying(understandable, dream doesn't often lie) he writes "may have" but we know he Did do the community house, tho we also know his memory is wonky when stressed. regardless he almost sounds like he Expected dream to out him for some reason, and maybe that Was part of the plan in his mind before dream decided to protect him. ranboo/enderboo is known for catastrophizing, dream is known for sudden emotion-driven choices, enderboo could've expected the worse bc of that but was proven wrong the notes were also For ranboo to see, so he could've wrote in a way that kept things basic and confusing, just like the voice(and his book response later on. and all the cryptic messages. enderboo is a cryptid bastard /pos), make ranboo call into question Why dream wouldn't just reveal him, why dream of all people would Lie for Him bc if dream hadn't lied for him, then he'd be in just as much trouble, both of them bad guys worthy of prison(which he agonizes and swears to Hide in his follow up stream). this was the second time someone else took the full blame for something he took part in(first being tommy in exile trial, narrative parallels my beloved), and this time its by the most hated, evil man on the server, which should raise some big questions for him. sadly our boy ranboo is just as much about de'nial river as he is lethe, so he tries to avoid thinking on the signals being thrown at him by his own mind as much as possible, if he ignores hard enough surely it'll go away(it didn't go away, it got so much worse bc he's stubborn through and through, mind/voice and enderboo included, both taunting him over his attempts to avoid the truth ala Why Are You Running? lmao)

i get you i GET YOU i think my main point of contention overall is obvs we know "enderboo" is just ranboo with all his memories etc, but even with that caveat that they are ultimately the same person, i think it's also important to realize that it's not just a binary switch, yknow? it's not like there are just two states that flip between each other, it's not quite as easy as being like, oh ranboo forgot about this event which means that he was enderwalking during it. there's some kind of spectrum between the states, there are times he's more aware than others but also still not Fully aware, and all in all it's just very difficult to distinguish i think? so i can't say with confidence that ranboo writing things during events he forgot about is always actually the enderwalk trying to leave messages for his less-aware self, though obviously we know he does do that sometimes? idk idk. it is a VERY cool read though and is not one i had considered in the past!

i do think that something notable in all this is that ranboo--all parts of ranboo--do not want to fear/dislike the other parts, like. it is about the need to reconcile all these different parts that seem incompatible but actually are all necessary to form a cohesive whole! while ranboo has been terrified of the enderwalk at times, and while the enderwalk has seemed to mock him at points, the one most direct instance of communication between the two states is written with such care, and in a way where ranboo seems notably reassured! and it's shown again in the way ghostboo initially derides his living self, but then realizes better, and ultimately is doing all he can to protect his soul! all parts of ranboo are better off when they come together and love the other parts RANBOO IS ABOUT SELF-CARE AND I LOVE HIM

also MY GOD, DREAM'S LIL QUIRKS W INFO REGARDING RANBOO. this man is a disaster of slip ups w that to the point its a miracle he hasn't been called out on it, from him choosing to send the message to ranboo to his and techno's stand-off of "i refuse to reveal i care for/know ranboo, but what about You???" in the cell where dream had to backtrack and lie so hard. like "yeah he visited the most. no i don't know him that well tho nope" ??? gg king, ur lucky it was techno he's very good at keeping the secret despite those slip ups, and his talk w sam..... ohhhh that's a mental landmine for me /pos. bc when making sam go through the list of things people hate him for, when he talks about ranboo dream's tone changes to a bit more aggressive, his words more biting, and when it becomes clear sam only killed ranboo for Ego(imo, based off his words) dream pulls out his axe subtly after only holding steak(WHEN I TELL U I LOST MY MIND...) and then dream doubles down on poking to see if sam Knows about them, and when he realizes sam has no clue he then Taunts him over it by revealing the tnt thing but refusing to put 2+2 together for him, bc honestly out of ANYONE on the server, sam should be the one who'd make that connection the easiest And Yet He Doesn't and its hilarious. all the visits and altered waivers and ranboo's panic, and yet sam Does Not See It lmaooo its a taunting reveal, w two layers, 1 is "ur a dumbass for not realizing w/o me basically spelling it out" and 2 is "ur a dumbass for falling for it this whole time + btw ranboo's life is worthy of more than ur stupid ego + there was totally actual reason to arrest him ur just stupid + cringe fail warden + L + ratio". its just enough info to fuck w sam's head, which is exactly what dream wants

ALSO i'm under the belief/hc that dream has No Clue that ranboo is actually like. Dead dead. bc w the ho16 death, ranboo was down one more life than dream is aware of, so it'd make sense if dream assumed ranboo was still alive somewhere and just hasn't contacted him(he still wasn't told Why the visits stopped after all, and a lot happened so he could be assuming enderboo is hiding or avoiding) which is why boo has been left waiting for a "He" to revive him as he fades more and more (wondering if He is even trying), chased by sam, unable to be in contact w many people or else it gets worse as he'll feel more. bc i doubt that dream would just leave his ally for dead when he has the full power to Fix It, especially considering how he reacted to sam about the murder. boo is trusting dream to revive him, but much like w how he feels about the rest of the server, he's likely starting to fear he's been abandoned by him too -Soul

this definitely makes a lot of sense! i think a factor that i've personally put a lot of weight into is, again, the fact that dream Will Not publicly reveal his alliance with ranboo, and so if he just revives the guy out of nowhere then that would automatically send out red flags to literally everyone who is even a little bit aware of anything. so i think he fully intends to revive ranboo and has intended to do so for a while, but he can't do it unprompted, yknow? otherwise it would be extremely sus to say the least lol. so basically he's just gotta play a waiting game to see if anyone approaches him first to give him a justification, yknow?

Genre: Fantasy adventure

What is it about: A genderfluid magician, a healer who’s also a necromancer and an angel person are on a trip to defeat an evil guy/gal/pal. Little to no plot XD but I love the wolrdbuilding and ocs here

Who is in it:

Quinn (fluid pronouns, generally around they/he/it/she) - Main traits: Stoic, creative. Quinn is a teenage magician who’s just started its journey into a famous magic academy. They moved away from home just to get the chance to study there, and in the first months things seemed to be moving just fine. But when it comes near the end of the semester, a teacher seems to have some intrest on her? Like, an unsettling interest. Like, a little bit too much of interest. Turns out said teacher is a lil' bit evil and wants to capture Quinn to make her their lab rat because she has a fairly rare magic condition. And heck, now he has to run away. They gather their things and leave the academy when nobody’s seeing them, they leave a letter to the principal with some excuse like “went to visit a member of my family that’s dying of plague, don’t know when i’ll come back, feel free to give my spot in class to another potential student!” and get as far as possible from there. He suddenly became a rogue, and for now his objective is just to avoid being captured by that scary professor. I don’t have much detail of how it discovered it or how much time it took to believe it and why it left such a big impression on it but that’s it. That’s their background, and overall Quinn can be quite shy too. She doesn’t like updating people on her pronouns, feels embarrassed when she wants to go by it/its, lets people misgender her cuz she doesn’t feel like such a “silly thing” is worth poiting out… They have some self esteem issues and also a lot of disphoria.

Ezra (he/him) - Main traits: Generous, selfless, ambitious. Ezra is part elf and he is a rogue necromancer. He’s got great proficiency in lots of different types of magic and his objective is to make his own name. In elf culture, the patriarch or matriarch of the family gets to pass down their name for their sucessors as the family’s last name. I’m still not sure of why he wants it but I know he does. Anyhow he is travelling for some years and is a nice guy with some mental health issues and when he sees Quinn, an inexperienced traveller going around alone, he kind of helps her. I’m not sure of how they get along but they all end up running away from Professor Who’s Also An Influencial And Morally Dubious Figure.

Aiden (they/he) - Main traits: Selfless, caring, introvert. Aiden is an angel (not as in Biblically Accurate or Superior Being but like. A race of people with wings that I call angels for the lack of a better word) and a closeted nb. He’s kind of masc but he’s also a little bit genderfucked and wants to use they/them as well. They have a somewhat nice family, but are too afraid to come out to them or anyone. The only person who knows about it is their ex-bf (they are close friends), Thales. They meet Quinn (idk who meets her first, but it's probably him) when they’re visiting their uncle who lives far away. They are also… my whumpee :) Aiden has the nicest mental health out of the three but sometimes he overworks himself and he has what I like to call the other-people-have-it-worse syndrome. Carewhumpee, if you may.
