call me crazy if you want. but i would love to see percy and sally go to therapy together. because these two have so much to unpack. the trauma. the codependency. the separation anxiety. the unspoken, pre-determined grief sally refuses to talk about. the unspoken, blood-coiling anger percy refuses to address. the potential is there. and i need it so badly.

Guess who made a QSMP AU about Martyn being on the Island?!
This is just some barfing I did while dealing with Carpal Tunnel, so if you see some of them and think, "Why is the lineart so bad here?" That's why. I developed Carpal Tunnel and refused to stop and/or remove my brace.
Anyway, I still have no idea how Martyn would have gotten to the island within the logic on the island, like I'm sure Doc sent him there, but I have no idea if he would have being already there or was sent on a boat by the island or what. I do know that they will probably contact him because of his experience dealing with Watchers as someone who seemed to break out of their grasp, and the Federation thinks what they have on their hand is a Watcher since, you know, tricked a bunch of people into a secluded area and forcing to kill each other for its entrainment is all very Watcher-y behavior.
What they didn't know is that he seems close to the notorious Federation hater and anarchist Philza, like, sure, they look similar, but you can't blame them! All white men look the same!

ZekeNoah(BrOTP):I find it so funny that Ezekiel and Noah were the first members of each team respectively voted off, never received any symbols of immunity, were voted off whenever whatever team they were on lost their first challenge and were seen in the intro together and interacted in the first episode World Tour.
I don’t ship them in a romantic way but wish the show tapped into their dynamic more because they had a lot in common and could have brought decent interactions to the show. Sucks because their also both my favorite characters and their time was cut way too short in the first 3 err 2 seasons they were in. Your thoughts?

Seb and Charles are so similar and different when it comes to Ferrari. The team was a dream for both of them. They wanted to be in Ferrari, and ofc, their goal was a championship.
For Seb it was a dream, a thing he physically wanted. And in his 6(?) seasons with them, he always fell short. But just that much, it was just out of reach. He knew he could win if he truly wanted to, he did it four times with Red Bull. And despite everything, he just kept trying. Per his words "The target to win the championship with Ferrari, I have failed, I didn't, I didn't manage to do that"
I always take the use of the words "I have failed" a lot stronger snd more personal than "I didn't succeed", cause it shows more...inner personal conflict with the inability to complete the task/goal they have set out to do, that they wanted to do. At least that it how I tend to perceive things like that.
Then there is Charles. There are many personally important reasons he strives towards Ferrari and continues to stay with them despite the poor performance. Because of Jules, because of his father. He told his dad on his death bed that he signed with Ferrari because he knew that is what his dad wanted, despite the fact Charles hadn't been signed at that point. Jules was in the Ferrari Academy, and was set to get a Ferrari seat in the future if things didn't go the way it did. Both of those people are dead. And Ferrari is a link to them, one I strongly doubt he will ever get rid of.
And ofc, the goal is a championship. But unlike Seb, I think it feel like something he needs to do. To fulfill the legacy set out for him. And he hasn't, he can't (for now). Ferrari continues to let him down, over and over again. Like Seb, he takes that inability to win very personally. Like a dream that was physically impossible to ever fulfill, despite the fact it realistically should be.

we probably won’t get time for this to happen now but i’d really love a conversation between pib and ylfa post ylfa’s evolving into the big bad wolf. just something about how this little werewolf girl has gone from being a single character in a single story to a grand archetype that exists across all stories and i think it’d be really nice for her to be able to speak to pib who has more experience with that since they’re the same kind of being now. the thought of pib being her mentor through that change and that existence is really sweet <3

New description for the What If Book.
I really wonder why SW and SP were linked as siblings here when the they've not really interacted much in comics and this is very clearly a Wanda story. Why not name it what if SW &QS were split up at birth? That seems closer to what this story is about and Pietro clearly gonna have as big a role as Peter and more potential character development based on the summaries. Pietro is as prominent as Spiderman on the cover and is actually in the foreground. Like having Wanda as a sister doesn't seem like it'll have much of a change in Peter's life or the person he is. Unlike what they're doing with Wanda, nothing significant has changed for him. Wanda has been divorced from her culture, her origins, her brother and her entire backstory but Peter has everything exactly the same just a sister this time.
The twins being seperated at birth would make a big change to their characters and the marvel universe. Like I know this plot is probably cause SW & SM are popular in the MCU but Peter really sounds like he can be cut out of this book and the plot wouldn't change.
And honestly I'm fine with no Peter. What they have planned for him sounds like it'll take away from the main plot and make the book cluttered. The stuff with Wanda and Pietro is more interesting. Why not just have Quicksilver as co lead on this book with equal prominence as Wanda. We're already getting a comic series with them and despite being in comic limbo due to the MCU QS is still Marvel's best known/iconic speedster. A story where they meet and learn to work as a team and family while trying to prove Wanda's innocence is way more compelling that whatever they can do with Peter and would be a really good character study for Marvels most iconic and codependent siblings.
My hope though is that the book doesn't try make Pietro the villian or show Wanda is better off without him somehow because that's tired and shitty. At least Cap America is murdered in this which is kind of fun....
Also thank god they're not going for some accidental incest cause the first book summary sounded very YA and the way they described her meeting Pietro had me worried 😭 The Ultimates has scarred us.
