Okay so essentially Ingo finds a very lost Akari in Gear station and tries to take her back to her mom, but haha distortion happens and they get sent to hisui.

But they both have memory loss (Akari less so bc kids are somehow WAY more resilient), and Akari clings to Ingo bc parental figure and calls him Papa

Ingo, of course, just thinks Akari is his daughter and is very protective over her in this new land. However they're not totally defenseless; Chandelure comes along bc I said so. Sneasler finds them and takes them to the clan, and Ingo is made warden FORCIBLY by Sneasler, and he and Akari join the pearl clan.

The others try to separate the two, bc the highlands are dangerous, but Ingo goes almost feral over potentially losing his kid and Chandelure is very on edge as well. Sneasler just adopts the kid and ingo and Akari now live in the sneasler den. This also means that Akari first pokemon is a hisuian sneasel, and a Litwick (chandelure materialized a fucking baby for her trainer's child. Girlboss)

So Akari lives in the highlands with Ingo, and they often visit Wayward cave together. And Akari has a mix of plot armor and Disney princess energy because Pokemon don't really attack her bc she's so small. They can't because every pokemon can sense that she is literally a child- a literal BABY.

As such, Akari somehow befriends Wayward xave's very own alpha crobat, and his name is Grapes. She also (somehow) befriends an alpha gabite in the same cave his name is Nito.

Plus with her Litwick, Wicker, Akari has a very overprotective team (which fits in with her family, Chandelure and Ingo are INCREDIBLY overprotective)

And bc of the highlands, Akari meets Melli. Normally, people write that Melli hates protag blah blah blah

Akari somehow softs Melli up with Cuteness™️ and sees him as a older brother (often calling him Melmel). This leads to Melli essentially pulling the office "I've only known Akari for 1 day" meme and honestly??? On point.

Also, domestic moments at home are Akari trying to help her dad cook, and decorate the cave they live in (it's connected to Sneasler's den so it's fine) with custom tinkets. They even managed to build a stone oven, and Akari helps her dad cook every morning.

She also knows how to bake, as her mother had taught her how to make bread from scratch, so Akari often tries to make sure her father has some food to take with him.

She maybe 6 but she had standards dammit, and eating plain old berries for every meal just ain't it.

As such she bakes a loaf or two of bread, and one is split between the two and the second is taken home. Ingo uses berries to make jam, with a bit of trial and error, so the two eat jam, toast and eggs for breakfast then probably have a stew for dinner.

Now the funniest thing is Ingo,,, Ingo is tall. And Akari? Akari comes to like,,, just above his knees. (She doesn't grow higher than like his chest or shoulders as a teen/adult.)

(Shes very salty about her height, don't mention it.)

Family training and battle sessions??? Family training and battle sessions.

Chandelure likes to hum, and despite its haunting melody, it's it's easiest way for the father-daughter duo to get to sleep.

My Carrie White x Sue Snell (Scarrie) headcanons because there's not enough content with them

Don't kill me, it's just a cute ship I like. I know what’s canon. I'll try to keep it shorter than my last Carrie The Musical headcanons, which I'm basing these headcanons on (particularly the one with the alternate happy ending).

Carrie is actually the one to ask Sue out first, I’ll be it, shyly. She leaves her a note in her mailbox. Tommy convinced her to ask her (the same way he asked her to prom), but out of fear of being made fun of (not because Sue would do that at this point—she’s grown—but because Carrie’s trauma with being bullied doesn't choose who it flairs up with, if that makes sense) Carrie can't bring herself to tell her face to face.

As soon as Sue gets the letter, she rushes to Carrie and Ms. Gardner’s home with it and knocks on the door. Carrie opens the door and before Carrie can compute that it's Sue, Sue’s wrapping her arms around her. It's a yes, it seems.

They decided their first date together and it's at a cafe, as it hadn't been too long since Carrie was freed from her mother and something more subdued would be good for her.

Sue helps Carrie stim (in my headcanon Carrie’s neurodivergent) by playing with stim tools with her, adding momentum while she rocks, or just being there.

Carrie tells Sue Bible stories because those are the stories she knows best. Sue points out the queer-codedness of David and Johnathan, as well as Ruth and Naomi, causing Carrie to have a gay little epiphany; I like to think those were Carrie’s favorite stories from the Bible they were some of mine and she has one of those “signs from when I was a kid that I was queer that I didn’t realize until I was older” moments.

They both love parallel play (which basically doing your own activities together, but not in a way that influences each other’s).

They both gossip about their messy feelings towards Chris.

Definitely that “wives silently judging you” type of duo. You could say they’re Scarrie—AAAAHHH!

Sue assists in helping Carrie cope with her trauma by taking her to therapy and being there when she wants and/or needs it. Sue even joins in sections when Carrie’s comfortable. Sue goes to therapy herself to and Carrie does the same for her.

Sue helps remind Carrie that it's okay to cry and that it's okay to not be okay as long as you pick yourself up eventually.

It takes Carrie a while to completely trust that she and Sue are a real thing, and that their relationship isn't some type of prank. Not because she doesn't trust Sue, but because of the bullying trauma.

Sue likes to do Carrie’s hair. Or just toy with it.

It took Carrie a while to get used to kisses and to allow herself to like them. She gets there though! Sue is respectful and patient about all the things it take time for Carrie to get used to.

Carrie likes her name being said, and Sue likes saying it.

Sue could say the most basic compliments to Carrie and she would turn into a cute buttery mess on the inside because she's not used to affection so sweet.

Carrie is very touch starved and has unique speech patterns due to her abuse. Sue will help Carrie work on her speech and gives her as much physical affection as she can.

Ms. Gardner teases Sue whenever she’s over about the irony of how Sue, with Chris, used to taunt her her about the idea that she was a lesbian and was now dating her adopted daughter. She’s at first weary of Scarrie because of Sue’s bullying tendencies from the past. But the longer the relationship last, seeing just how much Sue’s improved and actively keeps bad influences out of her life, the more she trusts.

Sue’s not a huge dancer post-prom. Carrie wasn’t for most of her life, but opposite of Sue, after the prom, Carrie fell in love with it. For Carrie, Sue will dance with her. They both grow to love it and it becomes they're thing.

Sue teases Carrie about her crush on Bobby Pickett or “Flash Bobby Pickett” (in a kind loving way of course).

They both love to tease Tommy together.

Tommy points out the “Scarrie” ship name to Sue, who tells Carrie. At first Carrie hates it, due to the “Scary White” stuff, but the more high school becomes only a memory it grows on her and it becomes something she takes with pride.

Sue will have random bouts of feeling incredibly guilty for the tampon situation and the bloody prom (that in this particular headcanon didn't result in death), but Carrie is always there to remind her it's forgiven.

Sue calls Carrie “Care-Bear” like I do.

One of their favorite types of date-nights is watching movies together. Because of Margaret, Carrie hasn't seen many films (maybe none). So Sue loves to show her all of her favorite films and more. They especially love it when they get to go to the drive-in theater to see the latest movies (Yes, that's a reference to "Don't Waste the Moon" from the 1988 show).

They support each other's career paths. After taking a gap year, Sue decides she wants to be a guidance counselor, wanting to help people like Carrie cope with their endeavors, and even those like Chris who are complex in an... uncomfortable way. Carrie wants to become a seamstress or tailor, her skills having improved even more since the bloody prom. Tommy takes up football and being a poet because he’s a regular ol’ Troy Bolton.

On Carrie’s first birthday after the bloody prom, Sue, Tommy, and Ms. Gardner surprise Carrie with a new prom at Gardner’s home. Ms. Gardner sent Carrie out on a ton of errands the day before, enough to make her come back home around nightfall, dead-tired. Gardner helps Carrie to bed, as all the lights in the house are off. Little does Carrie realize in her tired state that in the darkness is hiding prom decor put up all around the house by Sue, Tommy, and Ms. Gardner while she was gone. Carrie wakes up to the surprise the next morning with the trio all ready for the prom, waiting in the hallway for her to leave her room (the only room not decorated). Sue asks Carrie to her special prom right then and there in some cute sappy way. To keep Carrie at ease from bad memories, it's sensory-safe, and only the four of them attend. There’s also no prom royalty. It's just a party. And there’s no blood this time. Instead of the theme being “Love Amongst the Stars”, it's “Around the World”, with different rooms of the house being different countries, because Carrie was once hidden from the world and the trio knew she would love the theme, as she’s finally free to see the world beyond Margret’s house and Chamberland, Maine. Sue does Carrie’s make up (I imagine a kin to the 2002 film scene where she does so), hair, and let's Carrie wear whatever she chooses. Carrie picks a simple ruffle-y white babydoll dress she made. Sue gets to where her blue dress (I imagine a nice, sparkly, dark blue tea dress). They all dance to Carrie’s favorite songs. Sue and Carrie slow dance to “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” by Paul Anka. Why that song? I don't know, just feels right. Poor Tommy probably had to awkwardly dance with Ms. Gardner.

It's a great night they'll never forget.

This night leads to their first “I love you” because I'm cheesy.
