It was half-way through fourth period when Eddie got bored of the dumb lecture, he has heard many times before, when he decided to skip. Quickly with the teacher's eyes were on the board did he slip out of the classroom with his stuff and dashing out the school. Deciding that after he put his stuff in his van he would head out to his spot in the woods.

You were sitting on the picnic bench out in the middle of the woods far from the school. You were sketching the surprisingly nice raccoon in front of you. You slowly nod putting your stuff down and relaxing noticing that you were going to be fine around him. Eddie walks around to the other side of the table and sits down flashing you a bigger smile. An idea popped into your head when you saw him smile.

His head snapped up to meet your eyes a slight blush covering his face. No one has ever asked to draw him, mainly because he isn't the most liked person ever, but it was just new. Smile never faltering as he nodded. You pulled your sketch book out in front of you again flipping to a new page kind of embarrassed you were just sketching a raccoon. The sounds of your pencil sliding all across the paper filled the silence perfectly.

Eddie took the time to look at you now that he is closer to you than any other human being has been. Your teeth gnawing at your bottom lip as you concentrate only every looking up when you need to. The make-up that covers your eyes is far more detailed when looked at closer from the different shades of blacks and grays to the design.

While you were drawing him, he was painting portrait of you in his head. Your soft expression and vulnerability in that moment would forever be in his brain.

"So, is the goth thing a front or do you truly like dressing like this?" He asks to break the silence. He was genuinely curious. You seemed so soft in this moment it was hard to believe that your style wasn't just a front.

Your face morphed into shock as no one has ever questioned your style, only ridiculed it. You knew Eddie might be the only person who you could ever tell who you truly are.

"Y'know I could ask the same of you the same thing, but since you asked..." you sigh slightly "No it's not a 'ploy' I dress goth 'cause I feel great in it and my personality outside school just happens to oddly contradict with it." I explain

Eddie smiles and leans over the table grabbing the hand that was unconsciously fidgeting nails clawing at the table. You look up at him studying his face trying to read him. His doe-eyes hold so much behind them with his wolfish smile to cover the secrets that lie behind his face.

"Thought so, it's just you seem to resent everyone in school and on the off chance I see you out and about you still do. Then I see you here and you, Y/n, the 'mean and scary' goth of Hawkins...is a softie who enjoys art." He explains coming to a conclusion about you, something he has tried to do since you said "no" to joining the other outcast.

The smile on his face widens once you avert your gaze to the open sketch book page filled with art of his 'Hellfire Club' shirt, sketches of Eddie's side profile, and sketches of his eyes. The heat rushes to your face as you want to erode away to avoid the man that sits across from you. quickly you shove the sketch book into your lap completely out of view from Eddie.

"No need to embarrassed. I'm flattered that the outcast of all outcasts decided to draw me." he giggled as he got up to sit next to you instead of a crossed from.

"Do you think we could start meeting like this?" You ask making Eddie look surprised. He honestly thought you were annoyed with him and only talking to entertain him.

personally i see aubrey as being cautious towards jane bc her and moisha do not get along at all, and in gen the rivalry is a family wide thing, so while she's polite to the other members of the cartman family that don't bother her (totally on her own volition bc she's such a mature child and not bc her dad has severely reprimanded her for severely injuring moisha in multiple fights, no sir!) they're all on thin ice really.

so she's probably really jittery around her most of the time, but kind of has a revelation that. out of all the weird encounters she's had with jane. jane hasn't really. done anything. and decides to try talking to her and they become good friends and she adopts them into her friend group bc she's very extroverted in a female himbo kinda way. (not a bimbo. well actually ig, she's a bimbo but in a masc way. so like. girl himbo. listen she's just a dorkass kid sometimes that's all you need to know)

it's been a hot minute since I made this, but here's some additional thoughts on some characters, from bottom to top:

clint would try and find emily to pair up with but she would already be gone. hed mope around in the open which would leave him an easy target

abigail would think shes such hot shit. but the second shes actually in a threatening situation she would hesitate which would be her downfall

pam and george are both way too stubborn to team up with anyone and it would easily come to their downfalls

sebastian does not have the skills to survive on his own. im sorry

snail is just used to that sort of thing but hes so easily killable. come on

morris thinks hes better than everyone this motherfucker would not team up with anyone if he could

listen. i love sam. but hes kinda dumb. hed get distracted and lost super easily

elliott deserves a dramatic death i think. also its just really funny to me. this man gets blown up

penny has 0 survival skills

i feel like krobus and dwarf would be those kind of deaths that happen without anyone knowing. there's a fire, and they're all alone.

i feel like leo's tendency to live in trees would be his downfall. again, with the fire example, he could get cut off by fire really quickly and have nowhere to go

leah definitely has some survival skills. And I think she'd last longer than most. She has proficiency in some tools that could be used as weapons, But I think she'd be pretty vulnerable in a stage hazard event, especially if she's making it alone.

shane, haley and birdie are pretty self explanatory. Have you seen Haley when she gets pissed off?

I had a whole thought process for Demetrius: Demetrius, Robin and Maru would all stick together (Sebastian had already seperated from everyone else). Demetrius would be super protective of Maru, not wanting anything to happen to his baby girl. But Maru insists she's going to be okay and she knows what to do if she's in danger: the protocols, etc. Demetrius worries if he's being unreasonably anxious over her safety so allows Maru to take a short journey to find water. She heads out. Time passes. A long time passes. There's no sign of Maru. Robin and Demetrius look for her. She'd been attacked. she passes away. demetrius blames himself for the loss and obsesses over it. Robin tries to help him but he can't move on, leaving him an easy target.

I don't remember why I put jodi there?

Gus would absolutely try to help out where he can. but ultimately he's just kind of a guy, he doesn't really have that many survival skills

Linus is hardy and he'd definitely want to help out as many people as he can. But I feel like someone would take advantage of this and kill him

gunther also has the drive to help the community. he can't provide much as an archaeologist but he would definitely do what he could

Harvey would be picked up pretty quickly by a group; his skills as a physician are invaluable in such a setting. This man is a trained professional, and would be protected with whatever it takes. He'd have a lot of support early on, but as number start to decline he'd become more vulnerable. Unfortunately for Harvey, he's physically weak, and does not have it in him to ever cause harm to another human being.

Magnus is a very knowledgeable man, and I think him, Marlon, Gil, Alex and Harvey would make an incredibly strong team. Magnus and Marlon would be experts at tracking field hazards and traps, furthermore, I think Magnus would be the first to sense any sort of approaching disturbance, providing the group with a lot of forewarning and time to prepare for danger. But physically? he doesn't fight with his hands, and if he's unprepared for a physical confrontation, he's gonna suffer

Alex is very physically fit. Honestly? I think he'd be good in a fight. With someone like Magnus to compensate for his himbo nature, he'd go very far. But without that....

Gil, the admin guy, is apparently very good in a fight. yet, we've never seen him leave his chair? the mans gotta rest. so I have no way of knowing how good his fighter instincts are

Then we have the final 3:

Marlon is a very skilled and active adventurer, and aside from what I mentioned above, he's a very seasoned fighter and honestly a powerful survivor so he's an incredibly good candidate for the final 3

Robin is physically active, aware, has the drive and does not a lot of hesitation. She has proficiency in a number of tools that could be used as a weapon, and she has the ability to construct good shelter. Like cmon. how could she not

Kent has been through this before. He's been around the block, knows how to sleep on limited food with one eye open. He's army trained and a war survivor. He knows what he's doing and wouldn't hesitate to kill

Emily is an absolute enigma. She has powers beyond any man. I don't know how to elaborate on this any further, but I just know it to be true

This might be me being snobby and I'm sorry, but I'm really sad they're making mlp a computer animation/ cgi series.. I feel like everything is going that route now and to me it takes a lot of life out of it.

Call me old fashioned but I have always enjoyed hand drawn animation far more than than all these CGI style things.. I do agree with your concerns as well with having a male lead. The last thing we need is a love triangle or a "himbo".

I get what you mean- when I learned that both the movie AND the series would be CG, I was a little disappointed. I'm not angry or upset tho; I know that the mainstream audiences just prefer 3D animation, so I understand the show having to take that route. While I'm disappointed about Hasbro ditching 2D, I am IN LOVE with the 3D designs! I think they look GREAT, and I'm really happy that they managed to translate the ponies to CG without making them look wonky. I remember hearing about the new movie being CG a few years ago, and I was so SO worried that the models would look like SFM, but they look so good!! The lighting is pretty, too! (+at least some of the merch will have 2D designs ;w; and who knows, maybe we'll get a YouTube mini series in 2d, lol)

Also, yeah. I am so SO worried about what they're planning to do with Hitch. I really don't want him to be a dumb idiot who's mean to the girls for no reason other than "I Am Boy" 😭
