something i find fascinating is that Michael and Joey, yeah they tease and insult eachother, but the moment Joey doesn't say something mean back Michael immedietly springs into action trying to get Joey to insult him back while also trying to figure out where the slough of despond came from

Uh warrior cats concept/AU: What if clan leaders, for being "stars" created something akin to black holes upon their (last) deaths? They create the dark forest accidentally - like it isn't somewhere created for punishment, it's an accident of sorts that starclan takes advantage of.
For my own enjoyment bc I love terrifying religious stories: Starclan keeps that fact a secret. They promise their leaders a place in the stars, knowing they will fade upon their deaths. But the place of no stars is useful for them to keep control, and so they let it continue - but they don't realize what truly is a black hole, they don't realize they too can be swallowed eventually

i think we forget that between c!tntduo, c!quackity is the one who is FAR more willing to enact horrific acts of violence.
c!wilbur fucks shit up, yes, and he's by no means a morally pure person, but in comparison to quackity he is far less directly violent. his violence is usually by some sort of proxy, whether that be explosives, traps, or getting another person to do it. with his death, even, he wasn't able to kill himself directly. instead, he tried to blow himself up, and then convinced someone else to kill him. at no point did he actually take a weapon in his own hands. this doesn't mean he's not capable of that, but that he prefers to "outsource" things.
meanwhile, quackity directly tortured c!dream with multiple weapons. he directly attacked c!techno to get him to the place where he would be executed and directly attacked him afterwards to try and kill him. he isn't scared of using all of his power to fuck someone over if need be. of course, he's very capable of violence by proxy, and due to the nature of his power in the later streams, he uses it a lot. but he's also much more ready to take a weapon into his own hands and do real harm with it.
i think for both of them, hand-to-hand combat or combat with handheld weaponry would be a last resort, but quackity is much more comfortable with it. he's much more of a "brute force" guy, while wilbur would rather play mind games or set a trap.

What’s next for your fic writing?
Your latest smut fics have been absolutely to die for. You have talent!
Oh hi anon, thank you!
I have an outline list/wishlist that's uhhhh unmanageably long - I treat my wips pile like a menu rather than a to-do list, so for me that's a good problem to have because it means I have options whenever I finish something.
The fic I'm working on right now is the epilogue to over salt sea and flowerdeep fields. My draft is pretty long and I'd say 80% done; I don't have enough of a sense of when it will be finished to call a posting date I'm tentatively calling it the beautiful dew is poured out and roses bloom because a) it is full of gay sex and b) I can't get enough of Sappho for this universe.

Today in important facts about bunnies 2:
The record for the longest distance traveled by a lagomorph was 388 kilometers. This was set by a female Arctic hare, in a period of 49 days.
This hare, etiqueted as "BBYY" (nicknamed "Abby") was part of a research made by Dominique Berteaux of the Université du Québec à Rimouski who wanted to know how the animals move across the arid landscape. Abby was one of a group of 28 hares that were trapped, tagged and fitted with satellite tracking collars to track their movements.
Tumblr media
Due to the nature of lagomorphs to only stay in a small territory for most of their lives, with little or no long journeys. It came as a great surprise to the scientists to discover that the group of hares had been traveling anywhere between 113 and 310 kilometers. But none hopped as far as BBYY. Her route was also unusually linear: From Alert, she traveled southwest to Lake Hazen, the largest body of fresh water above the Arctic Circle. The area is protected from the region’s most vicious winds, so it is a kind of polar oasis, with more vegetation than elsewhere on the island. But BBYY kept going, several miles past the lake, before finally turning around, passing the oasis again, and heading back toward Alert.
Tumblr media
It is believed that Abby actually made a much longer journey, as contacts with her were eventually lost.
What is known is that after reaching a point she turned around and stayed in one place until she finally passed away.
This research opened several doors for scientists in the way of understanding the nature of lagomorphs, and it is believed that the arctic hares (and even other species) were much more nomads than they initially seemed.

I love the fact that people all live their lives. Like, when I'm on a bus i can see an old man wearing a Metallica t-shirt and think about how that guy has a life behind whats on the surface. I sit and make up little stories like "oh maybe this dude went to their favourite café and pet a cat today even if they're afraid of cats" or "I wonder if they're listening to Queen" ig its just so comforting to know people all have their separate little stories

God I love thinking about how messy and complicated Ryou's feelings toward Bakura are
Their relationship is symbiotic, but fucked up and not at all healthy (at least at first) but it's hardly one sided. Ryou hides behind Bakura and is happy to use the excuse that he's taking control to avoid social situations that make him anxious, as well as Bakura being a lightning rod for all of the negative emotions that Ryou bottles up. Just as Ryou passively accepts being controlled, Bakura passively accepts being an emotional punching bag (which is certainly sometimes deserved... but not always.) Ryou keeps up a nice-guy facade, but I think he secretly harbors a lot of very ugly feelings - from grief, from anxiety - and for a long time Bakura is probably the only person who knows about any of that.

i really do wonder why Najin would burn the village down (najin is the child of fire theory thing)
maybe it could have been for the deal/exchange he made with the masked bandits. they give him the power to protect his brother, and he burns down the village for them.
but why would the masked bandits want the village burned down? why couldn't they do it?? and why would Najin not speak up that it was him that burned the village, not Nagyunn? i doubt he's oblivious to the harrassment he's received over the past decade. he could easily clear things up
or perhaps he did, but they don't believe him for some reason?
maybe the reason he didn't clear it up is because the masked bandits didn't want anyone to know that it was Najin who burned it down, and it has something to do with the deal/exchange they had
or maybe he justified to himself that, he was doing it all for Nagyunn's sake, he can do this right?
