hiii i’m back and SHOCKER !!! I am in recovery (kinda).
i’m trying not to purge, but i got fat when i went to the psych ward a few weeks ago. so i have to restrict and workout to some degree.
my current rule for myself is:
-no talking to boys until i’m under 120lbs, then no physical stuff until i’m under 115
nobody wants to makeout with a girl whose fatter than them.
i’m restricting below 1600, but burning well over 2400 calories by working out after school.

today was easy, except one of my friends force fed me some fruit during lunch, which kinda made me angry. i know they are trying to help, but i’ve come so far, why try to ruin the progress, ya know? i tried not to eat too much today since i know i ate so much yesterday, i just didn’t log it (hence the no entry yesterday). i also made a promise to my other friend that i would eat healthy, which i am. this is the new healthy for me. might not be healthy by medical standards, but i’m not dying, am i? exactly. i’ve been getting more and more tired lately, but i think it’s just my body going into hibernation mode since seasons are changing. it’s getting colder which means i can wear baggy clothes longer!

- jeden Morgen 2EL Apfelessig mit einem Glas Wasser
- Kohlenhydrate zu vermeiden |Nudeln & Backwaren komplett verboten | Reis, Quinoa, Bulgur, Knäckebrot wären die Ausnahmen | Reiswaffeln, Maiswaffeln und Kartoffeln erlaubt
- Proteinreich essen
- viel Obst und Gemüse als Volumenfüller
- mind. 2 Liter am Tag trinken, gerne mehr
- keine Süßigkeiten
- Kalorien ganz genau tracken, hab extra YAZIO pro geholt
