Not too bad, considering I haven't committed to any TRUE lifting since December. But here's a thought: do you have any kind of #injury, whether it be a form of #tendonitis, #tendonopathy, etc? You still can lift if you wish; you'll simply have to work around the injury while it's healing. That's all. Since I've been back at the gym, whether it be @strongandshapely or @goldsgym.mw, I've completely changed my training to a more machine oriented, #bodybuilding friendly approach. I'm using #dumbbells and a few key #selfmyofascialrelease tools when working on my #golferselbow. And the, for the sake of #stabilization, I'm using multiple different machines in one big #giantset to get on and out of the gym within an hour max. Things are gonna get better

Es increíble la cantidad de tiempo que a pasado sin que escriba, vivo crédulo del concurrido camino que me a llevado al escenario en el que me encuentro ahora mismo, pero decidí cambiarlo todo, hoy, no mañana, no la semana siguiente o el mes continuo a este, hoy, porque al final, ¿quien quiero ser?, deje de preguntármelo hace 6 años cuando te perdí o ¿me perdiste?, hoy estás casada, tienes un hijo, una familia y a pesar de una que otra ocasión que coincidimos nuevamente, supe ahí que nunca más volverías y perdí el rumbo, empecé un viaje en el que conocí muchas personas, amé a varias de ellas y perdí a muchas más, una de ellas en Argentina, siempre pensé que ella lograría borrarte, pero vivir engañado es mi forma de vivir, aunque gracias a la vida nunca perdí a las personas que más estima tengo, mis más grandes amigos, Doryan y David, gracias a ellos aún no soy una historia deprimente, también a mi Madre, la mejor madre que este planeta pudo parir, ¿qué hubiese sido de mi sin ella? y a los seres que día a día me dan todo sin pedir nada, mis perros y una serie de gatos que no sé de donde salieron pero ahora son 6, tengo tantas historias que contarte, no tengo el valor de llamarte, pero no sabes cuánto deseo sentarme contigo a hablar de todo lo que he hecho, todo lo que quiero hacer y lo haré, tenlo por seguro, quizás ahí pueda llamar o ¿no?, pero ahora quiero cambiar empezar hoy y voltear la realidad en la que vivo, por mi, porque quiero encontrar la razón que me motive a moverme de la cama, no la tengo, nunca la tuve, pero se que la encontraré, soy fuerte y lo lograre, este es mi compromiso, seré la mejor versión de mi mismo, no serán palabras vacías como siempre me las he marcado, serán mi despertar y mi ultimo susurro al dormir, lo seré y conseguiré todo el mundo entre mis manos.

Anxiety makes it hard to fall asleep, that little voice that tells you every possible thing that you can do wrong and what could go wrong. "You know he only tolerates you because he has not other choice..." "Eventually they too will get fed up with this and leave you or you will leave like everyone else..." "You can't keep up this positive attitude much longer, you know how this will end.." That dark cloud seeps into your ear and it takes days to beat it out of you. You sometimes take a Xanax because talking the problems is not a priority as sleeping. When you do those are the days people point out your dark shadows under your eyes. "At least I didn't take a Xanax.." you'll think as you smile and make a quick comment on something else. It will get better because this is not the first time and it probably won't be the last. It's a constant battle that I have to fight but if I don't I won't be happy with myself.
