Sometimes i like to think that my bard, who i originally planned to be a college of swords bard but ended up being college of eloquence, actually did that exact thing. They practiced and practiced sword fighting whether it was stage or sparring for years. But somehow, when they joined this group of numskulls they fell into that sweet-talker and support role. Sure, they always had a knack for talking to people and getting what they want, but never considered it a main skill.

They love what they do, don't get me wrong, but it's fun to think that they thought they were going to be this flare fighter (moon touched rapier in all) but is now the voice of this adventuring party.
