eating disorders
i encourage everyone to name their eating disorder. pick a name that makes you want to just throat punch someone. like, you hear this name and you’re just like “what the fuck who is this bitch.” drop your name below! i’m curious to see who gets livid just by hearing a certain name....if you guys don’t have a name, you will eventually. lol 
once you have a name that “fits” you can tell (name) to shut the fuck up while you eat a cheeseburger. you can tell (name) she/he is a dumb fuck and you don’t need her/his opinion on what you eat. 
other days, you can run to (name)’s arms and cry and let them hold you...but remember to turn around the next day and tell them to shut the fuck up again. 
i promise you this works.

New Safe Food!

melba rounds, they’re crackers that are like mini piece of toast. They’re 10 cals each! You can put almost anything on these for a low cal snack.
When I’m craving Nutella, I smear a tiny bit on one of these to satisfy my cravings.

Right now I’m having this, which is so good. I spread Laughing Cow Cheese Light (25 cals) on it and cut up a piece of ham (15 cals) to put with it. I didn’t use the entire cheese, so in total I probably spread about 8 cals of cheese on it, with an added 5 cals for 1/3 of the piece of ham. In total it’s 23 calories for a light snack :)

just made a HUGE ASS bowl of what is essentially savory rice soup for 206 cals!
I used: 100g rice (152), 1 tbsp of white miso paste (35), 30g onion (12) and 35g celery (6) as well as about 4 cups of water (0 obviously lol)
What I did was combine these ingredients, add some garlic salt (0), some ginger (0) and some lime juice (0), and boiled it for probably about 45 mins with the lid on, stirring it occasionally. The rice absorbed a lot of broth and essentially became savory rice pudding lol! It's kinda a lot of cals but if you're looking for a nice savory filling dinner then this could be nice :) plus you can make it have less cals if you use stock instead of miso, less rice, different veggies, etc.

hi i lost 10lbs
hi im back i made very little process but i thought I’d share what i do
Things I’ve done:
-Only 1 cup of coffee (Whole milk & stevia)
-Only 1-2 meals (not super big)
-Snacking on low calorie stuff (Last two days has been watermelon)
-Drinking 0.5 to 1 liter of water (I struggle A LOT with water, so the more the better, obviously.)
-Panic attacks every night LMAOOOOO
-Avoiding carbs (Doing mostly keto)
-Avoiding most sugars (I eat fruit and use stevia, that is all)
i dont count my calories, because if i do it causes my bulimia to act up. I dont over think on what i do eat, because ill end up vomiting.

OK so here's the thing. i lost a lot of weight rather quick. In 3 months i lost 30lbs. That's 10lbs/mo. I gained 10lbs back. In one month I could be back where i was and if i work really hard, i could be even lower than i was. So come on, send me meanspo let's do this. I need to stop binging and start counting again.
OK i'm done ranting. i'll check back in later.

No on will ever understand how serious my ed is. Some people I've told in the past heard it once and forgot. I asked them to please stop complaining about their weight and dieting but they didn't and it really hurts. Just because I'm over weight doesn't mean I overeat. I had 92 calories today and no one cares. Even when I'm thin, no one will ask what I went through to get here and when I tell them, they won't see straving or purging as bad as if i was thin and doing it. A skinny girl exercises and everyone freaks out and tells her to eat. What about me? I'm so stupid for even feeling like this. At least no one is stopping me.
