I drop 5 pounds so far it’s day 19 days of February.I’ve learned to just not eat just drink tea or a monster but many a monster and to eat around 6ish or just don’t eat all day. ahh I’m so happy.
Update I actually lost 6 pounds!

WOW. It’s been while since I’ve been on here. I haven’t necessarily been recovering. I’ve just been hiding it and masking it, and I would admit it’s gotten better but... I am at my lowest mental state. I want nothing more than to be as thin as a twig the creaks and snap under the weight of a black boot. I must loose weight. I need to love the feeling of hunger again, the pangs, the Diet Coke, the energy drink. I know so well how bad this is for me. And no that I work two jobs I’m scared of it being noticed. But I need to do this. It’s the only thing that is mine to grasp. I must loose. I can’t eat. I must be thin. It’s my body.

Just woke up bc of sleeping problems and guess what? ANOTHER KILO WAS DROPPED! I’m officially 45,85kg!! I had this massive change in my diet so, yeah, I don’t count calories, but yesterday I broke my fast with a medium carrot, then ate: a lettuce, tomato and onion salad, light ricotta and the rest of tomato, grilled medium chicken breast, 10 green grapes and two small diet toasts with light ricotta cream. Omg omg!
