                I did my research this week (virgo things) and here is a list of the following foods which speed up your metabolism (helping you lose weight easier). Also is a list of foods which slow your metabolism down (making it harder to lose weight).  -cheers- (˘ ³˘)
     GOOD FOR METABOLISM: 
 Avocado, Tempeh, Chili pepper, Beans, Whole grains, Eggs, Broccoli, Low fat cottage cheese, Almonds. 
     BAD FOR METABOLISM: 
Refined carbs/grains, any sugar not naturally occuring in the food, alcohol, granola, soybean oil, inorganic meats, white flour, canola/vegetable oil, inorganic apples (apples can be super good for you but they have to be organic, not sprayed with pestecides), butter.
