Perfect take on Zoro. Perfectly executed by Mackenyu.
The way EVERYONE is trying to have him work for them. Mr 7, I'm here with an invitation. Captain Morgan, Join the marines or you'll die tied to a cross.
Luffy, sets him free, doesn't force him to join, let's him go, let's Zoro decide where he wants to be;
And Zoro finds out that place is by Luffy's side. Ain't that beautiful?

ive had to step away from all the analysis of the finale because thinking about it for too long it fills me with such a [rage? bitterness? frustration? all of the above?] the likes of which ive genuinely never felt for a show before
ive cared about media before. ive been disappointed by media before, but i think the difference is i haven't put my faith in media like i did ofmd- and the more time passes the more i feel fucking stupid for putting that faith in the show in the first place, when so many of the things coming to light now were already there
i cant think about it too long else it makes me so fucking sad, and im tired of analysing it to bits because its not going to change anything, theres no way to fix any of this, no way to find a spark of light in it, no way to come back, to resurrect the show i fucking loved.
im sure everything everyone is saying is well thought out and nuanced things but for the sake of my own enjoyment of this fucking show i have to just not engage with it anymore.

You know how in brba Saul talks about Nacho being the one that did "it"(=fail!assassination) to Lalo when he's held hostage by walter and jessie
Like how did jimmy get that inner circle tea??
How would he know it was Nacho??
Did Mike spill it to him?????

listening to mitski like I do every day but lately every song is just "that's soooo madohomu vibes" or "akemi homura would love this song" or "this is just like [scene in anime] holy shit"
I think my brain is broken

god. actually. thinking about chase’s post about how jordan would’ve been absolutely destroyed if he met spark. under spark’s guidance, ianite thrived. she grew and recovered and blossomed into the goddess she once was. but under jordan’s fumbling, ianite died. she withered and faded and turned to ashes before his very eyes. of course it’d break him. spark did everything in his power to keep the woman jordan fought for alive, meanwhile, jordan essentially killed spark’s wife with his clumsy attempts at helping, after everything spark had done for him and his lady. i’m going to bash my head into a wall brb

Just had a work meeting where we were talking about the Super Bowl which turned into talking into talking about Taylor and Travis and I had to dial down my Swiftieness by like 300% to not make it seem like I spend my evenings deep diving on Tumblr about our collective parasocial billionaire blonde pop star bestie and her human marshmallow NFL boyfriend 👀

correct me if I'm wrong but I was just thinking about the roykeeley in season two of it all, and that fight where Keeley loses it at Roy for being clingy because she can't handle how close they are now that they work in the same building but like,,, Keeley and Roy would have been working in the same building while dating for a good chunk of season one as well.
She started working at Nelson Road before Jamie was even sent back to Manchester. They would of had months working in the same building, so either Roy has always been that clingy and Keeley just didn't mind at first, which I found doubtful given that it only takes her like a week to blow up at him for it in season two, or Roy being clingy is an out of character thing for him to be doing that should've raised some kind of red flag to friends and loved ones that I feel like from what we know about Keeley as a character would've been treated with more empathy than she actually had in the show.
