I know that everyone headcanons Red and Green as siblings but have anyone considered that Blue and Green are siblings and people don't know who's Blue and who's Green. And it's not because they look the same, it's just their Grandpa actively gets their names switched up so Blue is Green and Green is Blue and it just explains why Blue is could sometimes is referred to as Green. When they were younger, they were quick to correct people, Green going so far to say she rather be called Leaf to avoid confusion. They would also be very color coordinated: Green wears green and Blue wears blue. Easy peasy.

But as they got older, they just decided to embrace the confusion and sometimes even enable the chaos. The most prominent example of this was when Red and Blue went to Alola and Blue wore green. So many people called him Green. He didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Vice versa with Green wearing blue. It's hilarious and they would often joke about it.

Red is the only one of the few who never gets confused. Of course he doesn't, he knows and loves the person that is attached to the name Blue, his Blue. And the name attached to Green is one of his bff, so if anything, he gets confused when people confuse the two. What's there to get confused about??? It's pretty obvious that one is one and the other is the other??? It kinda upsets him sometimes, but Blue reassures him that it's alright, and he doesn't mind :)
