Teague finished his Grand Champion Bronze with his handler Kat! 🥳 I have some special news about him closer to the end of the year.
Yuki took winner's b!tch, best of winners, and best of opposite sex at the revived Front Range Australian Shepherd Association USASA Specialty to finish her championship in style and with all majors no less! She was also handled by Kat and her Black Diamond Show Dogs team. 🥰
Piglet was reserve to her full younger sister at the same specialty. The judge loved them both and didn't mind Piglet was in her post whelp bikini but Yuki brought her "A" game from the get go to beat Piglet. Piglet is still in the 2pt club to finish her AKC BUT she did put in her all to finish her BCAT, DN, DJ, and DS titles in the same weekend! 🥳
And the last announcement is.. A new puppy! Reid has joined us all the way from Canada. He is a red bi with white and NO copper/tan. I am absolutely chuffed his breeder WR Aussies in Alberta and his sire owner Shalako in TX trusted me with this sweet clean. He'll be making his debut at the ASCA National preshows in TX this year in the non regular classes. 🥰
Inspired by @steorransaluki I wanted to show off some working Ibizans in their natural environment. This is the type of terrain they were bred to specialize hunting in for hundreds of years
(These are not my photos. I tried to exclude any dead animals, but just be warned, if you go looking for hunting Ibizans you’re going to see a lot of dead hares)
Baby with her ribbons! We are all tired. She got a 98/100!!! She was a little crabby with me and didn't want to sit during our practices but in the ring she was a perfect little professional. I'm very proud of her!

(it’s a mouthful, i know)
not bad for a dog that only gets out to events like 3-4 times a year! and has also only been eligible to compete for almost exactly 2 years!!!
Please hold. I'm going to keep crying about this dog.
Aayla stepped into the Utility B ring at Nationals and pulled out her best and got a 198/200 only a half point behind the winner with some impressive competition. Some of the biggest names in obedience for Australian Shepherds and Aayla ranked second, only a HALF POINT behind.
Vex’s dad peeking around the penis tree (a tall tree with two round bushes at its base, we can’t possibly be expected to call it anything else) when he noticed me
