Welcome to Pools of reality, a Gravity Falls au comic I have been working on for a year and a half! It takes place in the fall of 2015 and is about two sisters that move to gravity falls Oregon. Some interesting things to take note of: 1. After weirdmaggedon the dissapearance rate in gravity falls has nearly tripled, with approximately 7 dissapearance a year. 2. The cipher statue has been vandalized to a point of near-unrecognizability by the townsfolk. It is also rumored that burned out candles have been found in the area. 3. Okay, you got me. Hi, I want to ask. I hope this doesn't sound stupid but since I haven't been updated for a few months, I wonder, while you guys are disliking this dwd movie and most likely won't support it (like, giving money to watch).. I wonder what do you think about Harry then? Him, accepting this role.. With story like that? I am a bit confused, not that I blame Harry but I want to understand because many people criticize the story while "defend" Harry, but Harry accepted the role though? I want to know the reason 🙏

You're mixing two things up.

The story itself isn't the issue. Telling stories about abuse is not a problem, and Harry playing that character isn't what's up for debate. The issue is how Olivia chose to promote and market this story of abuse as a sexy Harry Styles wet dream packaged around faux claims about the movie being her feminist manifesto and about female orgasms and pleasure. When none of that has anything to do with the actual movie.

The movie is a psychological thriller, it's meant to touch on horrible themes and tell a fucked up story. But presenting it as a message about feminism and female pleasure is what's wrong. And actually totally irrelevant to the actual movie. "Only women get to cum in Don't Worry Darling". How is that related to the movie at all? It's not. It is, however, the only thing Olivia's brain can conjure up bc she seems to believe feminism only goes as far as women cumming in men's faces while exercising the same level of abusive behavior men in power have.

Olivia chose to market this movie in her own image and as her ego project. She seems to think what she did is something else entirely from what she delivered. A bunch of pompous empty ideas repackaged in the quality work of others. Bc everything she was the one responsible for, aka "directing" and telling this story, are actually crap quality.

I like to think dragon's can comfort their mates with either physical comfort by wrapping their body around their mate, and purr which helps ease their partners. Also the dragon's own scent is another great way to soothe a distressed mate. Dragons LOVE to dote on their mates especially when one is upset, and will do anything to make their beloved happy. They may also hunt to try, and provide, or even give small gifts.

I also like to think that with a mating bond come's a mental link where they can feel each others emotions. Obviously the pair would be taught how to block their emotions for privacy reasons, but if a dragon's mate is upset, or in discomfort you best BELIEVE the mental link is opened, and flooded with the dragon's love for their mate. Soothing emotions are also a common emotion to be sent through the link if one of the pair is upset in the slightest
