Hocus Pocus 2 was so good. It was so unbelievably Camp and hilarious. There were jokes but the way the characters spoke with each other and their interactions are what made it so funny.

I also sobbed uncontrollably at the end. Snot and everything. Hocus Pocus is my favorite Halloween movie (Top 10 movies of all time personally) and the ending was so satisfying.

just finished Nimona… DAMN does it feel good to watch such an openly queer movie man

#i haven’t read the graphic novel (though now I plan to!) so these are just my observations from the movie but #nimona is fucking trans & nonbinary man #like so fucking openly. refusing to answer balistair’s small minded questions and simply replying ‘i’m Nimona!’ #chef’s kiss. absolutely fucking astounding. the nonbinary/genderqueer experience in a nutshell #you cannot and will not pin me down ! #and obviously the major themes of being the odd one out among a whole society of people perceived as ‘normal’. wow that hit close to home! #and if the aggressively queer themes weren’t enough we have ambrosius and balistair too <3 like fuck yeah give us that on screen couple ! #overall… enjoyed it so very much #a new comfort movie perhaps….. #oh and don’t think i missed that pride flag in the credits lmaooo absolutely iconic #jay rambles #nimona #nimona spoilers

As a trans person, I have never in my life related to a character more than Allen from the Barbie Movie. He is the perfect example of what it’s like to feel like an outsider, especially in a world so clearly divided by gender. He’s not a Barbie, he’s not a Ken, he’s just Allen, and I think a lot of us trans/enby folk know how that feels.

I finally got to see The Little Mermaid because it came out on Disney+ today. I knew I was gonna love it but the amount of times I cried…Like I couldn’t stop smiling either. It’s The Little Mermaid I know and love with some changes/additions that honestly help move the story along and even expand upon some things. The transitions were 👩🏾‍🍳💋 and so was the score. Like oh my god. There’s so much I want to say but I also need to process this. Halle and Jonah had unbelievable chemistry and they were so cute together. I really hope we get a sequel and get to see them both doing the thing they love as a married couple. 🥹🥹🥹
