A couples only event has Julie and Reggie realize their feelings-turns out, they were the last to know.

Happy Valentine's Day my lovelies! This was a fun one to write, with a few of my favourite tropes thrown in, so I hope you enjoy it too!

“Mail call!” Alex yelled as he entered the band house.

“Mostly bills?” Luke asked, poking his head around the doorway to the kitchen, guitar pick ever present in his mouth.

“Some,” Alex replied, handing Luke his phone bill, along with a letter that made him scowl, so chances were that it was from his mom.

“Anything for me?” Reggie asked, grabbing an apple from the fruit bowl.

“Junk, junk, internet bill-it’s your turn,” Alex stated, handing over a pile. “Oh and there’s one here from Andi.”

“That’s ominous-she doesn’t usually send us mail,” Luke said, ripping it open. “Oh apparently Epic Records is having an open gala in two weeks for potential new acts and she wants us to send someone.”

“Lemme see,” Alex said, snatching the letter. “Oh, it’s on Valentine’s Day. Me and Willie already have plans that we cannot change.”

Luke took the letter back and then screwed his face up. “Couples required? Well that’s arophobic. Hard Pass.”

“Dude it’s Epic Records,” Reggie said. “We can’t not go.”

“You go then,” Luke said with a shrug. “You’re better at that shit anyways.”

Reggie snorted at that, but both Luke and Alex leveled him a glance and his shoulders slumped. “Fine. But who am I going to take?”

“Julie,” the other two chorused, like it was obvious.

“We’re not a couple though!” Reggie protested.

“Sure you’re not,” Alex drawled, patting his shoulder. “Ask her, I’m sure she’ll say yes.”

this one fucking TGS art blogger that shipper jekyde (OF FUCKIGN COURSE) and had the ugliest art style there could ever be. they got recently called out for associating with a groomer I think? anyway their art sucked ass, like so bad, like congrats the animefied jekyll and hyde are now double animefied and IF YOU SHIP THEM TOGETHER WHY DO YOU DRAW THEM AS FATHER AND TWO-YEAR-OLD BABY SON?? YOU FUCKING FREAK! so yeah.
