The Council of Elrond is a fantastic chapter in the book, btw, and it's fine that they couldn't include everything, but also... I'm sad about it.

Btw it's taking me forever to read the council of elrond chapter of fellowship of the ring and it the process I've come to realize that I just don't like Bilbo.

I can't really explain why though.

#also I'm actually pretty grateful they cut the tom bombadil stuff from the movie
